Liked: Very clean facilities, and helpful and friendly staff. Facilities were great with liquid soap and shampoo provided in the showers, and good wireless internet connection, as well as 2 good computers for use by guests. The ony issue I had was the lack of hand soap in the toilets. Highly recommend this hostel.

Liked: There are one or two good bus routes from the station .which are not mentioned on the site ( No 9 Busstop B1)(Get off Marachi ,the one after Nijo Castle)and I think these are a better option than Nijo train station...Exceptionally helpful staff..Bike hire is a good option.Try the local Sento public bath a street away..

Liked: Good position. Quite good range of extras eg bike hire. Friendly staff. Possible to book whole room and have private bathroom. Clean if basic.
