The room has a Kitchen, Toilet and Shower room (shared / non-shared), TV set, Table set, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven toaster, Gas stove, Cooking utensils, Tableware, Vacuum cleaner, and Free Internet access for your laptop. Electricity, gas and water expenses are included in the rent.
Everything you need is within 5 minutes walking distance. Restaurants, cafes, Japanese bars, convenience stores, a supermarket, rental video shop, hospital, bank, bus stop and train station. You can start your brand-new day in Kyoto one minute after moving into your room.
We will bring you to Kyoto Apartment 1 by car from the apartment office that is located near Kyoto Station.
Please acknowledge that Kyoto Apartment 1 is not a hostel or a guesthouse but an apartment. Usually a property caretaker is not in the apartment. It is necessary to sign a contract in order to rent a room or an apartment.
When you move in your room, you need 30,000 yen as a deposit and the total amount of the rent. Before you move out, you need to clean and restore your room to the original state. You and one of our staff check the room together and if there is no damage in your room, the deposit will be refunded to you up to 29,000 yen (1,000 yen / per person is deducted as a linen cleaning fee).
The shortest term of rent is semimonthly (14 nights).
<< Cancellation policy >>
There is no cancellation fee with at least 7 days (from your reservation date) advance notice of cancellation. The deposit (30,000 yen) will be charged to your credit card for cancellations with less than 7 days notice unless the room is re-booked, then the deposit is refunded in full. A no-show will be charged the full amount of the rent.
