Liked: Wonderful ryokan- right near all the sights of Kanazawa, owners very friendly and the room was immaculate. We also had a wonderful Japanese style breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here on a visit to Kanazawa.

Liked: Very helpful owners who are passionate about their history, city and other family owned businesses in the area. While not very close to the main train station, the location is great for visiting historical and cultural sights, as well as being close to many restaurants, bars and cafes. Their traditional bath was a great way to soothe aching bones at the end of a full day of walking.

Liked: very clean and helpful people, was hard to find but got there in the end, good location for visiting and can rent bikes quite cheaply, my only negative is that thier wasnt enough info on how to get around and with being a ryokan, no atmosphere. oh and no wireless, with one computer and several guests it was a hit or miss getting on

Liked: It was a lovely place to stay, the owners were very nice people, and even gave us a ride to the train station so we wouldn't have to take a bus. but I feel we were a bit overcharged when receiving our final bill. it ended up being about $30 US over what the total sent to me online stated.

Liked: Friendness of the hoste. It was to our surprise that we were offered a lift to the train station when we checked out of the Inn.

Liked: The service, the Green tea and Rice Cakes on arrival, the warm bath spa, the lift to the train station after our stay. Very friendly and an excellent location.
