Liked: the nicest hostel that i said in on my travels through japan. the staff were very friendly and welcoming. i would definitly return to backpackers miyajima with out any hesitation!

Liked: While in Japan I stayed in 2 hostels and 1 hotel. Backpackers Miyajima was the most conventional of the hostels. On the ground level are a washer/dryer, vending machine and a large lounge room. Once you're upstairs it is pretty much a typical dorm room. Not too much character BUT the place is clean and the staff is SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. My favorite staff was Hisa. He is a cool dude with a hip hop style. I'm from Los Angeles and it was nice to see. The location of the property is awesome. You step outside the hostel and see the ocean! Very pretty. I enjoyed my stay at Backpackers Miyajima.

Liked: Friendly staff made sure our stay was comfortable and fun! Gave us directions and help for all the interesting places in Hiroshima and Miyajima. Great location, facilities and had fun playing Poker with everyone. Highly recommended!!!

Liked: The staff there was very friendly and helpful. The hostel's location is perfect to stay at when you want to visit Miyajima. It's just a ferry away. It's pretty cheap to get to the hostel too, from Hiroshima station by tram. The bathroom was very clean, which is a must for me; the dorm room was quiet and nice. I had a nice restful sleep that night. It was great.

Liked: Over my four and a half week trip around Japan this was by far my best stay! The staff were the friendliest I've met - so helpful and heaps of fun! The location was perfect - right next to the ferry terminal for day and night trips to the island, and the value was fantastic! Highly recommended for anyone staying in the Hiroshima or Miyajima area. Expect an excellent time!

Liked: This place is the best one so far during my trip in Japan.The beds are comfortable and the standards are good, but the thing that impress me the most was how friendly the staff.I really enjyed my stay here.
