Liked: The location is prety close to the sea, I mean, as you can expact for a Hostel and this price. I will not have a sea-view, but it is very convenient.

Disliked: The dorms are too big, without separate them realy.

Liked: The staff was friendly.

Disliked: The dormitory was like a big hall, we slept on the floor, you couldn`ｔ　ｅｖｅｎ　ｈａｖｅ　ａ　little privacy. the building seemed kind of old to me. we stayed in winter and it was cold! Everything had to be paid extra, like Internet, shower.. what I didn`t expect as I have seen lots of other hostels with much better service!

Liked: Great place to stay and meet other travelers! It's a trek from the city, but a great place to relax and kick back with others. We went camping on Miyajima with the hostel and had a BBQ the other night.

Disliked: Not close in relation to downtown Hiroshima, where most of the bars and clubs are. Everything around the hostel closes down around 6 or 7.

Liked: The location is perfect - so close to the ferry, Miyajima Station, and a tram stop. The atmosphere is a welcome balance to the sobriety of the Atomic Dome and Peace Park.

Liked: we had a really great time here, a very good atmosphere and we really enjoyed yoshi's dinners! the place is very nice and well-located. However who really make you enjoy your stay there is the staff. They are very kind and we have really fun with them.

Liked: This was absolutely my favorite place to stay in Japan!!! Great place to meet people and have fun! It may not be in downtown Hiroshima, but the location is so close to Miyajima, that it is totally worth it!

Liked: The location of the hostel is fantastic. The ferry terminal is literally next door and you have a nice view over the island on clear days. The lounge is also a fun place to hang out and the people are all quite relaxed.

Disliked: The windows in the dormitories didn't have any curtains, which is only nice if you intend to wake at daybreak. It also quite warm at night. For the rest the place was nice, except that the owner seemed a bit crumpy. I heard many great stories about him from people I met at previous hostels, but he just seemed a bit annoyed and mostly lay in the corner of the lounge, seemingly bummed out. This always makes me feel a bit uncomfortable given that it's essentialy 'his' place.
