Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were neat and tidy and the location was perfect, just an easy tram ride from the A-dome and castle.

Liked: Great place to meet other travellers, be sure to hang out in the common room for the best experience!! We LOVED it here. Also very close to the station and only a 800yen taxi ride to Hachonbori, a great area for nightlife and food and shopping :)

Liked: Very good location. We had private double Japanese style room which was very comfortable and warm with a toilet and basin. The staff were excellent, spoke perfect English and helped with any questions. Free wifi, tea and coffee all a bonus!

Liked: It was close to the station which was good, and the internet it provided was good as well. The only thing I didn't like is that in dorm style rooms that there isn't a locker to safely store valuables.

Liked: Fantastic staff- really friendly and helpful. Only downside was having to pay for the internet- 100yen/30 mins. Really enjoyed the stay- excellent location, 2 mins from the station. Will be back.

Liked: Exellent location - very close to Hiroshima Station. Staff were very helpful and we were able to keep our luggage in the storage rooms until 9pm the following night before collecting it and going onto the night bus- saved us lugging it around all day. Rooms were clean but ensuites don't include a shower - just a toilet.
