Liked: This hostel was very clean and well kept! It had a great atmosphere and attracted a nice range of people. I met whole families travelling together as well as single travellers. The staff was exceptionally helpful, with great English skills. I"m a female in my 20s and I was travelling alone, but I felt really safe, well cared for, and had a fabulous time. Stay here!

Liked: wow, where to begin! the check in was amazing, informative and sweet. and then the beds!! so so comfortable... i almost just wanted to sleep! most definately a 10/10 hostel!

Liked: very helpful staff, lots of information, brochures etc available, very clean and good sized rooms (stayed in japanese style twin), located a fair way from the JR station but no issue once used to very frequent trams nearby

Liked: Excellent hostel- very friendly atmosphere. The cosy living room was a great place to meet new people. The cunning clip-on curtains in the dom rooms made the bunks nice and private. Staff were friendly and helpful. Showers clean and hot. Only downsides were paying for the internet and no breakfast.

Liked: staff at this hostel were fantastic and really friendly!! we had booked a shared dorm room but they had a spare private room which they said we could have at no extra charge! then there was a problem with the window (it was opened about 2cm) so they said we could still stay in there if we wanted, which we did and they gave us a discount!. The hostel itself is quite big and although there are heaps of people staying there it actually seems as though you have the entire floor to yourself! Location was also great and bike hire was very handy. It was so good we are now going to be staying in the J-hoppers in osaka! and hopefully it is as good!
