 The bathroom was really nice. It was a little hard to find it, and the staff was okay but not overly helpful. They did speak English though.

Friendly, helpful staff, free internet, station pick up/drop off, free tea and coffee, very clean, relaxed atmosphere. One of the best hostels Ive ever stayed at. Highly recommended.

Free internet, TV in common room with range of movies, nice facilities, nice kitchen, great town. I would definitely recommend this place if you are coming in the summer-time up to the Hakuba area. Close to hiking, staff speaks decent English, close to train station.

Very friendly visitors and staff. A very clean facility in an out of the way mountain neighborhood, but with great access to Hakuba. I recommend it to anyone looking for a taste of Japanese alpine culture. The price is very fair.

The atmosphere was really peaceful and the staff amazingly helpful and friendly. Decor is modern and spacious - clean and well kept. Yet comfortable and homely at the same time. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone.

The staff is really friendly and allways present to help you arranging all kind of things to do around. The place is also very clean. If you are planning to go to around Hakuba I would say that this is the best place to stay

The staff were incredibly helpful, and even took us to an onsen and supermarket in the area. Definitely the best hostel experience we've had during our stay in Japan.
