They treat costumers like queens and kings. They listen to your wishes and help you find funny things to do. I loved the food.

The host ,a man named Mac was a wonderful asset to overall experience of our stay , he does go out of his way to help either with local site seeing or organising your train or bus departure . He took us to the top of the lookout to see Fuji and the hot baths all in his own van plus was very informative on the history of Hakone.
He speaks excellent english ,

The owner was very personable and helpful. We have a great advocate for the town, providing great local information and tourist options.

Everything was perfect and the meals are simply delicious. The hotel owner is really helpful. Service is very good as well.

Location by the the tranquil lake ashinoko and take ashort stroll to see Mt Fujiama beyond lake.very freindly staff modern,clean roms with ensuites more siuted to couples rather than families,western style and eastern with balconiey views of lake.

They offer a shuttle trip to a nice Onsen for 1000 Yen (incl. entrance fee), very friendly staff
