Mostly the location. I stayed in the Heiwadai in Tojinmachi before and liked it, but not location. Rooms in Tenjin seem smaller.

Situated in the northern part of Tenjin, this hotel provides a quiet environment in spite of its being close to busy Oyafuko Street. It is conveniently located for business and leisure in Fukuoka. This reasonably priced business hotel offers you good choices between single rooms, Japanese style rooms, twin rooms and double bed rooms.
