A really nice person can welcome you during the day, speaks very well English and is very efficient, the location is perfect and the rooms nicether is a nice view by night on the roof ^^

Our place used to be a hotel and is still like a very quiet hotel. We just turned some regular rooms into small dormitory rooms.

We are located in the centre of Fukuoka City.
Our mass-train system is the best method when going to the airport, sea port, train station and high way bus depots (Hakata JR Station and Tenjin Nishitetsu Station).
Well known temples, shrines, new spots such as Canal City and exciting downtown areas are within 15 minutes on foot.
