Liked: This is basically a share three-bedroom apartment in a nondescript apartment building. Centrally located and gets the job done, but there's really not much else to say. Breakfast was pretty good.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Location was good and the young guy who met us there was very helpful

Disliked: The whole place is a bit run down and given that people have noted in their comments from several months ago that the shower was broken -and still was when we stayed- then it doesn't appear to have regular maintenance. Breakfast was a joke- not as described in the picture- we got a fruit tart between 5 people. Sharing the bathroom for that many people is also problematic. I know you pay for what you get but we have paid less or thereabouts in other places and had much better food and facilities.Parking turned out to be very expensive nearby €25 for less than 48 hours.

Liked: The guy was very helpful, friendly, everything personal was good. I liked that the rooms were separately lockable, and that the beds, bedclothes and towels were clean.

Disliked: There was no WIFI, nor any other possibility to get internet. There is only one bathroom, no separate toilet, which was very inconvenient when there were more than 2 people staying in the hostel. The floors could have been clearer, but that was not such a big problem

Liked: Was clean and close to the night life area

Disliked: When all the three rooms are occupied youll have to fight for the single toilet. Patience is helpful if all the guests wake up at the same time.

Disliked: staff was not there at appointed time Room was not prepared for our stay lights in room was not working furnitures were broken shower was not properly working breakfast was not eatable food was placed next to the chemicals bed was smelling awfull

Liked: The owner was very kind and helpful.. The location was great! Right near the arena and a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Disliked: It was a nightmare to find, and because we didn't tell the owner what time we would be checking in we had to wait an hour for him.. Thebatgroom was shared which was a little frustrating but ok.

Liked: It's located less than a 5 minute walk to the arena, perfect after watching the opera. Rooms were a good size and the bathroom was kept clean.

Disliked: On the last day the kitchen was not open at the time to enable us to get breakfast before we left.

Liked: The proximity to the arena and city centre.

Disliked: The breakfast was very disappointing. The shower was broken plus no easy way to do luggage storage as the owner was not there during the day.

Disliked: Had booked a twin room and only one Powerpoint that worked The television wasn't connected as the powerpoint was hanging off the wall The rubbish bin wasn't even emptied when I checked in and had other people's rubbish inside Breakfast was very simple, and had to use a saucepan for hot water

Liked: This lovely apartment in the very heart of Verona, a stone's throw from the main tourist attractions, has all the mod cons of home plus wonderfully welcoming staff. It's very secure and they'll give you good tips on where to get some great food and wine in Verona. I would definitely stay here again; it felt like crashing in a mate's house.

Liked: Toilet got broken, the staff fing us another sweet sweet room for the same price, its real a bargain!
