It was like a 5* hotel, cleaned daily, and with new towels. The area of seating outside on the piazza was great. There was a bar for drinks, coffee or tea. It really is amazing, and the location is perfect.

I would recommend this hostel for my friends!!! I was really surprise very beauteful room, cleanliness, stillness, breakfast and very good location.

The room was very clean, the location was excellent and very quiet, and easy to reach from the train station by vaporetto. Breakfast, at the nearby 3 star hotel, was very good. Staff was professional. The only problem was that there is not enough pressure for the water to reach the 3rd floor when everybody is taking a shower! The windows were also very small.

This hotel is linked with the 3 star hotel across the road, where you have a huge buffet breakfast and can store your luggage. Our room was also thoroughly cleaned, which was nice! The location is great, with nice restaurants by the main canal. It is only a short walk to st marks square as well. You only need to pay the 6.50 single journey water ferry to accademia.

This place has to be the best deal in Venice. It seems to be affiliated with the Hotel Belle Arti across the street, a very nice hotel. You check-in there, and have access to their breakfast. The room was basically as pictured, but much cleaner and nicer than expected, bathroom fixtures looked brand new. Location is perfect being in the Accademia area; one of the few bridges that cross the grand canal.. 10-15 minute walk to St. Mark's. Staff at Hotel Belle Arti was extremely nice and helpful, too.

Actually they told us that we would stay in the hotel Belle Art, where you check-in. That was great. the room, the bathroom, the garden and open-buffet breakfast were really great. Stay there!!! The only bad thing was that we gave 6.5 euro to use the boat on the canal as a bus to reach the hostel. Using it a few times may be a little costly for interrailers.

The hostel is in the charge of a hotel just next door to it, so we were given rooms at the hotel, as the hostel was full - and we already had made beforehand online reservations. The hotel was a 3 stars facility with really everything we might need - breakfast included, no wireless, luggage room - we did not have to pay any extra charge for this. Please note that the check out is at 11.00, and they do not accept card payment if the amount is below 100 euros. The location is excellent! very very close to city centre. so all in all, i reccomend it totally!

excellent place to stay - especially for those needing to chill out with great use of the pools! two bars with pool tables complete with a restaurant, laundry place n on camp shop. short bus n metro away from all the main attractions (literally 15 mins) but if that doesnt take ur fancy everyday then there is plenty on offer at the camp ground!

Loved this hostel!! Wonderful location about 1 minute from a water taxi stop in central Venice, the room was as good as a 3 star hotel - ensuite, towels, soap, proper linen etc etc. Breakfast was provided across the road at a lovely hotel, and was delish. No negatives, unless you count privacy and quietness as one - not the place to meet loads of revellers, as there didnt' seem to be tons of people trekking through it. Not sure why - it's great!
