Customer reviewLovely quiet location. It takes quite a long water bus trip to and fro San Erasmo to Fondamente Nuovo, so be aware that this adds time to your schedule, and to the cost of transportation. But I still think it is worth it in view of the cost of accommodation in Venice proper. One can even go for a run along the unpaved, gravel foot path by the sea! Breakfast is served a bit late - 8:30, but it's all part of the relaxed pace. Staff is friendly and helpful. |

Customer reviewIt is quite new, very quiet and clean. The location is not too good. It takes 1 hour plus the waiting time from the train station, but it is perfect if somebody wants a peaceful place to relax. I really liked it, but i stayed there only 1 night. Ohh, and the heater was switched on! Good point too :) |

Customer reviewI choose this place because I was sick and tired of touristic place, this place is a great place for people who wants relaxing and quite environment. but, if you are looking for entertainments and fun stuff, definitely not the place you look for. |

manoela wunderAmazing homemade food, beach nearby, located on a beautiful little island. A typical farm house, perfect place to relax. The only downside is it's a little far from the center of Venice, takes about 40-45 minutes, and at night you have to really look at the schedule, otherwise if you miss the waterbus you will have to wait almost an hour for another one, and you have to take two to get to the island where the hotel is. But the hotel is great value for the money! |

Ryan Daveylocation is out of the way a bit good if you're a couple but if you want to try and tear through venice quickly then maybe not the place to be |

Customer reviewPeaceful; in the country; absolutely wonderful owner who was extremely helpful and kind; a different view of the area than you get on the other busy islands; owner offers guests bicycles to ride around the island for free. If you want to meet new people this is not the place, as it is quiet--but that's what we liked about it. |

Zairong Xiangvery nice hotel, nice stuff and nice breakfast. The only problem is that it's on an island, so it may take a while to go to the main island of venice, but for the price in venice, it's the best choice i think. The boss even gave me a discount without telling me! very nice people! thank u |

Customer reviewThe place was clean and comfortable, quiet and idyllic. The downside was the distance from Venice. This is also clear from the information on the website but it warrants reiterating. Lato Azzurro is a rural property that is a 30 minute vaporetto ride from Venice and the vaporetto runs about every 40 minutes. You need to be willing to schedule your time time carefully to stay here if you are intending to use it as a base for sightseeing in Venice.. |

Lauren KellyEverything about my stay was to the utmost standard, it really was faultless. It had the benefit of being slightly out of the hustle and bustle of mainland Venice, but the advantage of a beautiful, subsistence island where you can explore freely with the bikes provided. Getting to and from takes a matter of minutes and is no hassle whatsoever. The staff are ALWAYS willing to help you with whatever you may need, and the breakfasts (which are included in the price) are phenomenal! I'll definitely be going back. |

Customer reviewIt was the best breakfast. It was a great place for families as well. The location was dazzingly, especially at sunset. It was wonderful. With only a half hour away by boat to Venice proper and 15 to Murano. It was gorgeous, great atmosphere and comfortable beds. |

Customer reviewThe free bicycles was nice - problem was that the island is so small with nothing on it that it takes maximum an hour to go around it and there's really nothing to do. One shabby bar and a closed restaurant, yihaa. |
