Our holiday centre is located in San Erasmo Island (the secret garden island of Venice.)
From here, you can easily reach Venice centre at any time (day and night within a 30 minutes public boat ride) and all the beautiful islands of the Northern Lagoon, Lido, Murano, Burano, Torcello...
From boat Stop Capannone in S.Erasmo to the Lato azzurro it is only a 10 minutes walk or You can ask for a free pick up when You have luggage.
In the house, there is a big dining room for eating meals and to carry out activities. As well as a large veranda, that overlooks the spacious garden facing onto the Venetian lagoon.
200 metres from the Hostel there is a nice free beach, and the very beautiful Torre Massimiliana with some interesting art expositions.
Internet free.
There are no televisions in the bedrooms, but there are a variety of books and magazines, for young and old. Here you can take part in recreational, sport, or cultural activities.
There are bicycles available for the guests and we offer itineraries for Venice, and the other islands and beaches in kayaks!
Small domestic animals are permitted, (provided they are non-aggressive and accustomed to staying indoors.
Mediterranean cooking, with vegetarian option with ample use of vegetables from the island (traditional orchard of Venice).
This is accompanied by wine from Piermont. Breakfast is rich and traditional, with a good choice of ‘fair trade’ products (CTM.)
Casarcobaleno are the lato azzurro's apartments in the centre of Venice. They are very confortable for little groups and families. Please contact us before to get there!
