Overview

Our Hotel offers a pleasant, young and family atmosphere. It is 5 minutes away from S. Lucia Railway Station and it is situated in a wonderful and charming place of Venice: Campo S. Geremia.

Many rooms look out on the Campo St. Geremia and they enjoy a charming view of the Church and of the Palazzo Labia.

We offer to our Guests clean and comfortable rooms, ideal for a pleasant stay in one of the most beautiful cities of the world.

Curfew at 1 am
Payment only by cash
Children who are more than 2 years old pay as an adult.
Dorms are only for under 35
No lift in our buildings

PLEASE NOTE:

From 24/08/11 the municipality of Venice obliges every hotel to charge every guest an extra TOURIST TAX.

The amount is of 2 euros per person per night during the high season:

- from April 1st until October 31st
- Carnival time
- Easter time (from the Wednesday before Easter until the Tuesday after it)
- the week that includes December 8th
- from December 23rd till the first Sunday after January 6th

During low season the amount is 1,00 euro per person per night.

Accommodation Information

Alloggi Gerotto Calderan in Venice is composed by 2 houses so there are many different types of room.

We have single, double, triple and quad rooms.
They can be small, standard, big or suite and some of them have view on the square (in Campo San Geremia) or on the street.

In both buildings there is a curfew at 1:00 a.m.

Children who are more than 2 years old pay as an adult.

The prices change according to the type of room that guests require and of course from the period they wish to come.

Payment is only cash.

We don't serve breakfast.

We don't provide free towels for dormitory rooms.
Lock out time from 10.30 am to 2 pm (only for dormitory).
