The Bed and Breakfast "Al Giardino" is a good point of departure to visit Venice historic centre, the smaller islands in the lagoon and also Cavallino and Jesolo beaches, Eraclea beach and the Palladio’s villas of Riviera del Brenta.

From our Bed and Breakfast using bus public service, you can easily reach the districts of Venice mainland.

Accommodation Information

All the rooms are fully furnished with: beds (choice of double bed or two single beds), nightstands and divan; a full set of bed linen; television; electricity supply, hot and cold water, central heating and air conditioning; private entrance; cleaning daily.
The level of service is comparable to those of a 3 Star hotel, pension or hostel while the price is very favourable, equivalent to that of economy or 1 Star hotels, pensions or hostels!
The furniture is in cherry and cream with the soft furnishings of the rooms in blue; the ceilings are frescoed with a theme of sky and cloud.
The rooms are south facing and enjoy maximum sunlight.
Each room has a bathroom en suite equipped with WC, hand basin and shower and a full set of bathroom linen is supplied.
We offer an Italian (continental type) buffet-style breakfast consisting of: croissant, brioches, plum cake, cereals, biscuits, crisp bread, bread, jam, "nutella", water, fruit juices, yoghurt, butter and cream.
We are at your disposal to prepare for you, personally, the various types of coffee (we recommend our Italian "espresso"!), cappuccino, chocolate, milk, tea and herbal teas.

Location Information

Venice municipality is in three distinct parts, the Old City itself, the Islands in the Lagoon and the Districts on the Mainland.
The "Bed and Breakfast Al Giardino" is in Venice-Favaro, one of the mainland districts in the Municipality, bordering the old city and close to Mestre.
This position, very handy for Venice Historic Center and for the centre of Mestre, allows you to enjoy all the wonders of the ancient city without the costs and inconveniences.
You cannot, in fact, visit Venice by car, only by the ACTV waterbuses or on foot.
