Liked: Hello,This hotel was good place to stay at all. Very good location almost in the middle of San Marco square & Rialto bridge; Located close to Billa supermarket. There is a lot of hot water & central heating is working every evening.The breakfast is not very rich - Coffee, juice, croissant, crackers, small jam and chocolate. Its enough food before the lunch - real continental breakfast.Staff was really helpful and gave us a map of Venice, also explained what to visit and where to buy stuff from.The air conditioning is meant to be used only when the temperatures are too high so it was not free for all. All channels on the TV were in Italian. This hotel is worth-full for the money we spent. Its recommended by us :)

Liked: This property was ideally located just outside the city center. It was neatly kept, with the exception of the drain in our shower. The heating worked fine, as well as othe amenities. The breakfast that was included in the cost consisted of packaged croissants, biscotti, crackers, and jam. You definitely get what you paid for at this hostel, but it is definitely worth it in my opinion.

Liked: The place is good, but the indications they give to get there are wrong, cause the stop mentioned is not working. so it was really dificult to get there, specially because it was dark. And when the city gets flooded at night, its impossible to get to the hotel dry. Well, I didn´t like the city, but the hotel is ok.

Liked: Great Hostel. Beware of the indications given by the owners to if you get to Venice by night since the water bus won't make all the stops after certain hours. If you can locate the hostel in a map, it's only a 30 minutes walk from the bus station (the regular bus, not the water bus)

Liked: + location+ room´s size + wifi was fast + breakfast included (it wasnt so delicious but eatable anyway)+ clean room and bathroom- shower was awful ! ! !- staff wasnt that helpful but we got to know everything we wanted- it was hard to find the hostel beacause of the wrong directions given

Liked: Really big, clean rooms. Hot shower. Good location--hard to find, but good location. Breakfast included, but it was not at all good. Worse than most continental breakfasts, but it held us over until lunch. Very friendly staff. Full kitchen you could use.

Liked: The room was a bit cold and there wasnt a proper duvet but the sheets were clean, as was the bathroom- two of the most important factors I think! The location was perfect too although a little tricky to find.

Liked: Everything was ok, but there was a little problem with the staff. The kitchen is open from 6 till 8 h, but it wasn't open and there was no staff. But location was fine.

Liked: The location is perfect, 15 minutes away from Rialto, 15 minutes away from Dorsoduro, 10 minutes away from the San Marco Piazza. If the hostel itself was cleaner and better equipped it would be absolutely recommendable but as it is, only the location makes it a good place to stay,

Liked: We arrived very late at night and got lost. So we woke up the Manager.I thought it was a bit grumpy but understandably. And our room was freezing as the windows were left open and the heater not working properly. Manager came into our room and checked on heating and said it would start working soon. And it did. And the next morning went had a lovely breakfast and the manager was very friendly lovely person. So I would definetly recommend this hotel and the location was great and price was very good.

Liked: The kitchen was dirty and the room was cold. But the staff was very helpful and gave me a mobil radiator. The place was okay for the money, and it has a perfect location.

Liked: it wasnt bad. but it wasnt good either. poor value for money. breakfast was all packet and nothing remotely substantial. the staff seemed friendly but spoke little english. but beds were comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. bathroom was pretty disgusting but not the worst i've had!

Liked: Great location! A block from the water taxi stop. The room was a great size and very comfortable. They had a kitchen area open for everyone so you could make pasta for dinner to save some money. The people were very friendly and let us keep our bags there the next day to allow us to see a sight that was closed the previous day. Highly recommended!

Liked: I like the fact that we had a room to ourselves. It was a very cosy hostel with a few rooms. Everyone gathered at breakfast so we sort of knew each other. The only draw back was that it only had one toilet on the first floor which everyone had to share. The kitchen had the basic facilities and the location was alright as well.
