Theresa NippierdIt's a 3 star hotel so the service was a whole lot nicer than other hostels we've stayed at. Only problem is its out of Venice so you have to get a bus or shuttle. Takes about 20mins to get in to Venice. |

laura demonteverdethe cleanliness, the friendliness of the staffs, the rooms were very gorgeous (especially the room we stayed at, with our own bathroom), it was perfect. the staffs were actually very courteous including the drivers of the taxi they hire to pick you up. they would go out of their way to help you. you can't beat that price for the services they offered. We will definitely return and stay at this hotel again and again and again...however, because of the location of the hotel, public transport runs until about 11pm and the shuttle bus (cost you 2.50euro one way) from the Villa Dori to Venice and back runs only until 8pm. So, your only options would be to take a taxi that would cost about 35euro depending on how many of you the taxi will take back to the hotel. But overall, it was worth every penny of your US $. Definitely a great hotel to stay at. |
