meysam kamaliThis B&B is wonderfull, lovely and clean. We really enjoyed our staying here. We wish that we could stay more. this is a very good place for the young if they do not mind the steps because there were about 30 steps to the attic room and 10 inside the room. But it is cosey and nice and you realy feel being in small venice houses. |

Zoe AllenThe hostel is in a great location... providing that you can find it. The directions given are very poor and difficult to navigate, but this is understandable since the streets in Venice are very confusing. A few more landmarks would have been helpful though, indicating which road is the main road. Also, instead of giving you the address of the door where you are able to be buzzed in they give you directions to a door where you then have to call the desk and recieve further instructions. Very difficult for students travelling with no cell phones! Once we finally got in and expressed our troubles they didn't seem to care very much and were quite rude, but thankfully the room made up for it. However, be aware that when you book four BEDS they don't mean four single beds and some of us had to share unexpectedly. But the hot shower (and hairdryer!!) was greatly appreciated by those who hadn't seen a bathroom in several days! The breakfast was also great and had a decent variety. All in all the stay was pleasant and I would recommend it to others... and the accessability to climb out of your window onto the scaffolding outside made for a superb view once you made it to the rooftop ;) |

Kurt WattsLocation was great but no signage saying check in is around the corner. If the owner hadn't been standing outside we wouldn't have known. The loft room was up very steep steps and the bathroom in the loft room was up additional steep steps (more like a ladder) you couldn't stand up in the loft area off the bathroom. Smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Overall the place was very nice but next time I would not get the loft room. |

Customer reviewOur stay at the B&B The Four Seasons was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The neighbourhood in which it is located is quiet and not too far from the bus station and the San Marco Square, so that we didn't use water transport. I really do recommend this hostel to other travelers. |

Catherine GardnerNicer than hotels I have stayed at in Italy. Perfect. Only one negative is that you have to ring them to tell them you have arrived. We didn't realise this at first and anyway didn't have a phone anyway. 2 hours later we saw someone else who was staying there who showed us what to do. I suggest they change their directions for arrival. |

Customer reviewThe room was gorgeous, very quaint well decorated. Great lcoation, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close and convenient enough too. Will stay there again on next trip to Venice! |

Kimberly WheelerAt first we thought we were in the middle of no where but just around the corner is the main path to all the restaurants and clothing stores, opera houses and much more! |

Customer reviewBreakfast was shrink wrapped and laid out the night before, but the place had character, lovely wooden beams, a memorable place. |

haley brunelloThe B&B was great, although its a little hard to find, directions not that clear. Although if you have a phone the staff will meet you. Once you find it though the location is really awesome. You are really close to the Rialto Bridge and its fun exploring the alleyways close to the B&B. Breakfast was easy in your room but very nice. The staff are so friendly, and the place is spotless. Would stay again. |

Customer reviewWe stayed in the loft room which was absolutely beautiful. Very romantic and full of old world charm. Not good for those with heavy luggage or difficulty in climbing stairs. Excellent for those wanting a romantic room. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, with very good English. Security was mixed - the door to our bedroom had a very simple lock, with a very simple key, and would be easily fiddled. Reception was not at the hotel entrance, so no one is watching out when you're away during the day. The door to the hotel itself was much more secure. Unfortunately this door was not self locking, so you have to rely on the other guests doing the right thing. |

Customer reviewbreakfast was okay but the best deal we found for accomodation in Venice. We had to go around the building to the ir other property to check in which was a surprise but our room was very clean, quiet, and the front desk was very helpful booking tickets and such. Everything in Venice is hard to find so get good directions! |
