Liked: It had a good location. We also appreciated that the owner met us at 2 a.m. to show us how to get there.

Disliked: We felt scammed. We had booked a double ensuite, and received a room with two single beds pushed together with a shared bathroom. The bathroom was almost always dirty. There was also not enough hot water.

Liked: Very conveniently situated 5 minutes from San Marco and in the centre of everything. Easy to find and really really good air conditioning system.

Disliked: Lots of throughflow guests. We stayed 3 nights and shared the apartment with 10 different travellers from 2 other rooms which may be uncomfortable for some people. Especially when you start losing your food in the fridge.

Liked: There was a shared kitchen with a washing machine and breakfast snacks in the refrigerator.

Disliked: The entry, hallway and rooms have a creepy, mismatched feel. This was only a place to sleep at night, definitely not a good hostel for relaxing. The view from one room was to the wall of the next building. The view from our other room was into a small alley-like space with a toilet, gray and mildewy.

Liked: The hotel is strategically located, the hospitality was excellent and we have found good in this hotel. Good clean and quiet, we made ​​friends with other clients and we cooked a nice food put at our disposal. There are many shops and we have benefited from a supermarket that is just and good price

Liked: I had a wonderful trip and Venice is beautiful. Our hotel was comfortable and fairly quiet. It is located in a central location near Piazza San Marco and the most important streets. excellent quality of service. VERY VERY NICE

Liked: At least the toilet flushed well and they provided shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shoe polish, and shower caps.

Disliked: Almost everything was not good. Hot water ran for only 5 minutes, wifi didn't work at all, tv did not work. Everytime someone opened or closed a door the walls would shake. Beds were really uncomfortable and the linens were itchy. Mosquitoes are also able to get into the place.

Liked: Great location.

Disliked: Claims to be a 'Bed and Breakfast' - no breakfast on offer, and booked what I thought was an en-suite room, but this didn't appear. Poor communications on arrival - ring this number, meet this person, nobody spoke English - and was walked in a surly fashion across Venice to the place. The porter then left not to be seen for our three day stay. Never a big fan of a place where you can't get hold of the people in charge with questions, problems etc.

Liked: Alberto at the beginning walked very fast and I thought he was not a very frendly but then he was very kind and good person, I really enjoyed my stay

Disliked: I really like everything. I think that the relation price - services of the hotel was very good!

Liked: The room we stayed in was alright, decent enough for the price.

Disliked: The man running the hostel was pretty rude, and the showers were freezing! Literally no hot water. Also there wasn't enough breakfast for all the guests, so we didn't get any, which wasn't a huge deal but it was kind of a downside. I probably wouldn't stay at this hostel again.

Liked: The location was really good. Close to main attractions, market and gym. Plus the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Breakfast was great.

Disliked: The mosquitos kept getting into our room somehow.

Liked: Location is only a stones throw from the rialto bridge and grand canal, very nice and clean and the air conditioning was the best thing about this hotel. In venice it was very humid and the air con waa the best we have ever seen throughout europe

Liked: for venice it was good value for money, decent location, above average facilities.

Disliked: we were rellocated on the next night without any warning and it was difficult to comunicate with the basically non-exsistent staff who were fairly rude.

Liked: The location was really close to San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge. Also, it it is really close to a laundromat. There is a washer in the place but no dryer so you'll have to dry your close of a line that you make yourself. But there is a full kitchen and we stayed in a four person room that was pretty spacious. It was nice because there was only one other room in that area so it was quiet. Also, there is free wi-fi and a laptop that can be used for free. The laptop is kind of slow but it gets the job done. But the best part is you have free air conditioning in the room. This is a lifesaver when it comes to Venice's hot/humid weather.

Disliked: There was no hot water in the shower!! We stayed there for two days and there was never any hot water in the shower or in the sink. Also, when you call, Ms. Rita doesn't actually show up. A man does and he walks super fast through the small alley ways in Venice. Be prepared to dodge through people and walk really quickly, which is hard when you have a heavy backpack and it's hot outside.

Liked: Location was quite good, 15 minutes walk from the vaporetto station, and the hostel staff showed us the way from station to the hostel.

Disliked: Not clean and not very cozy. Room was a double bedroom with two extra beds, which made it very crowded.

Liked: AMAZING! Fully self contained apartment, massive bedroom, dining/lounge with bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen had all the utensils you could possibly need which meant we could cook our own dinners and not spend a fortune on eating out. Very private and in a top location, around the corner from Rialto Bridge and a couple of minutes to San Marco. Fantastic value for money, can't believe this is on Hostelbookers! Couldn't recommend more.

Liked: I like the apartment. But have just one comment about the room, where we lived. This room is very near to the kitchen, which is used by all the guests living in another rooms. So, it was difficult to sleep while another guests have their breakfast at 8.00 in the morning...

Liked: It was awesome. The accomadations were extremely nice for the price of the stay. We were able to leave all of our stuff in our own private apartment complete with a kitchen and a private bathroom and were able to venture to where ever and come back whenever without having to check in with anyone. They supplied us with all the kitchen supplies we could possibly need (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, glasses, etc.) The location was great too, five minute walk to San Marco and literally right around the corner from Ponte Rialto.
