Liked: very helpful, picked me up from train station because train had horrible delay of 5 hrs. they brought me to hostel and soufiane the host offered me a coffee. was so great.

Liked: I travelled with my friend and 5 17&18 year old girls. We had a wonderful time. This is a really cute Hostel. Soufaine was a wonderful host. We hope to come again some time in the future,

Liked: Everything is quite new, very clean. Big socialisation area, we cooked togehter a dinner with a international people and had lot of fun.

Liked: Location. This hostel is near a Rialto bridge and Rialto station. Staffs are kind of nice. Bed are not a bunk bed. just bed. Cheap price, even included breakfast. Also breakfast is not closed until 11:00. You can have a lunch in here.

Disliked: First of all, If you want to use a hot water, you have to go out of room, and go up stair, and use a bathroom in there. But, reception guy didn't tell me about it! So on the first day in here, I took a shower with cold water. Second, I think, there are some bed bugs in here. On second day, One girl of my dorm was attacked by some kind of BUGS. in ALL over the body. reception guy told me 'It was a mosquito, and she is a allergic to it.' But, I don't think it was just a mosquito. As you know, mosquito don't attack all over the body. and if she is allergic to mosquito, I think she must already know it. but she don't.

Liked: Staff were friendly and willing to help, the location is right in amongst everything, the breakfasts were free and better than i normally get. value for money was great because it is right there, on your doorstep are the canals! and neither my friend or I didnt get these bed bugs...my bed was great.

Disliked: nothing, i really enjoyed my stay.

Disliked: Place is dirty and so old..i was attacked by bed bugs...and when i told the guy he should move the other girl in my room cuz i was checking out all he did was to spray my bed and then said it was fine...decoration is creepy and bathrooms are gross..it smelled like straight pee..gosh... But the biggest issue were the bed bugs i am allergic to them..hostelbookers shouldnt have them on their website.

Liked: Great location! No curfew. Comfortable bed.

Disliked: only one shower for males......... Only one couch to sit on to read..........all lighting is very poor.....in both bedrooms and loungeroom. Pool table was dissapointing. Crazy pop music blasted non stop! Minimal English Really humble breakfast.........fast food styles. Was given a locker that didnt lock under the understanding that 'only he and I knew that the lock didn't work'

Liked: Central location, though nothing is exactly easy to find in Venice.

Disliked: Expensive for what it is, but that's Venice, not a lot of competition for hostels. No info or even a map given. The staff's English wasn't that terrible, but certainly limited. The two showers were inside the same unisex bathroom, so that was odd.

Liked: Location only!!!

Disliked: EVERYTHING. People take my advice and don't stay here. Firstly only cash and don't accept credit card. SOOOO expensive for the accomodation that you get esp when they LIE and say canal view in which there isn't. Our double private room was a spare room that they put together old furnature with in an attic which had a secret door to a spare closet. This place is NOT SWEET DREAMS seems like the owner has inherited the house from family and converted the rooms into a hostel. Weird set out. Many steps to climb to get to the actual place. Doors hard to shut and open with keys. Our rooms were full of mosquitoes!!! Person who works there does not speak good english. Can get better places in Venice than this. One of the Worst places I have ever stayed in. Also no A/C in rooms so if you leave the window open infested with mosquitoes!!! WASTE OF MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!

Liked: clean and quite... nice atmosphere to stay on...

Disliked: the hostel is located at 3rd floor, so the staircase is the tough part for me with carry a trolley luggage. besides that, we are stay in a different room and bed for that 2 nights we booking. There are no fixed room and bed for us.

Liked: Good location, room was spacious.

Disliked: BEDBUGS. Was destroyed by them. Bitten over 150 times in two nights. Appeared a clean place, other people I travelled with we're not as badly affected but the bed I stayed in ( middle bed on left side of room 1) was crawling with them. Recommend to stay away

Liked: Once I found it, the location was perfect. Very close to the Rialto district and easy to get to and from places.

Disliked: We had bedbugs in our room and I did not stay the second night. My things were not effected but the three girls across the room were all bitten. The manager was very kind and did refund us for the night we didn't stay. The locker I was assigned did not stay locked and this was addressed with a shrug. There was no hot water in the showers.

Liked: The staff was very helpful, and clearly were hard workers! And very friendly! Great community area to meet other people!

Disliked: The price we payed did not come close to the value of the hostel! Very disappointed!

Liked: Location, near Rialto market.

Disliked: As I arrived late, I was put in some sort of "room" that was actually a corridor. The showers didnt have warm water.
