Located at 5-minute walk from Piazza S. Marco and the Rialto bridge, the waterbus stop on the Grand Canal is at 100 metres distance.

Renovated in 2008 proposes finely decorated rooms, private bathroom with shower or bath, hairdryer, air conditioning, LCD TV, soundproofing. The cleaners are made every day.
