We are a small establishment so please when you arrive to Venice train or bus station call us to arrange your check-in .
From Venice train station (8 minutes walking):
Go out from the train station take your left and walk direct tills you arrive to the bridge Ponte delle Guglie (5 minutes walking), cross the bridge, take the left and walk to the water bus station ‘tree arches”. When you arrive to the ‘tree arches’ water bus station walk on the street in front of you and go straight until you arrive to the beautiful Laguna (fundament of ‘Sacca S Girolamo’) look to your left you will see a gas station, in front of it you there is the Bella Venexia number 2976/c .
If you want to take a water buss from the train station (Vaporetto number 52) you should stop at the water bus station ‘tree arches’ and follow the instructions above.
If you are coming from the airport Marco Polo take buss number 5 to Piazzale Roma and walk to the train station and follow the instructions above.
If you are coming from Treviso Airport, come to Piazzale Roma and then follow the instruction above.
No check-in after 9 PM.
