A charismatic loft for six guests, with wooden beam ceilings and windows on the rooftops of Venice, enhanced by all the modern comforts for the most enjoyable stay at the Venezia

The loft, on two floors, has a beautiful living room with kitchenette, dining room and couch, two master bedrooms, one double bedroom and bath. The apartment is a bit smaller, with a master bedroom and couch bed in the living room. A kitchen and bath complete the apartment.

The kitchens come equipped with kitchenware, bedding, towels, end cleaning and linen changes twice a week are included in the price.


***Cancellation policy: from 20 to 11 days before the date of arrival 50%; from 10 days to 72 hours before the date of arrival 85%; from 71 hour to the date of arrival and no-show 100%. The escort service to the apartment is included in the price till the hour 20.00; after that hour to the hour 23.00 there is an extra charge till Euro 50.00. After the hour 23.00, without previous information, is not possible to enter in the apartment and we consider no-show. We ask you to inform us also if you arrive late after the hour communicated, to no create a long period. Check-in hour: from 14.00 till maximum 23.00 check-out hour: till 10.00.
