Eryka NematpourThis location is great! It was really easy to find from the Rialto Bridge, near the "people traffic" around the Rialto Bridge, but it's off the common path and is quite peaceful. San Marco is a quick walk away and there is an internet cafe just around the corner. It was very clean and the towels were fashioned into swans! Our room had high ceilings & a mini-balcony that hung over and faced canal frequented by gondolas and private boats. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the leanest selection I've ever had at any hostel ever: Coffee, cappuccino, juice, cereal, yogurt, pre-packaged breads and canned peaches. |

Customer reviewif you want to be close to both San Marco and Rialto, it is a good choice to stay there. |

Customer reviewGreta location. Don't stay in room next to breakfast room if you want to 'sleep in' in the morning! |

Ina StrugaruI was in vacation with my family in a 3 beds room with our own bathroom and we were happy to find a nice and clean place. You will not find luxury there, but for the price paid for the room the quality of the services is great. The breakfast is self service and there are enough choices :) So, as an overall conclusion this is a nice place to stay when in Venice, 10 min away from plaza San Marco and not too difficult to find. |

Customer reviewThis was a GREAT place to stay. I couldn't believe the price for the location and condition of the hostel. Very clean and right between the Rialto bridge and St. Marco square, 5 min walk to each. 30euro a night a person was an amazing price for this place. We had a private triple with shower and bathroom included. No view from the room we had but that was fine considering price and cleanliness and overall upkeep of property. Breakfast was included and typical for hostel/cheap hotel (breads w/ jam, coffee, juice, cereal). Linens and beds were clean and suprisingly comfortable. Thanks! |

Andrew CormieWe loved Hotel Caneva (and we weren't constrained by budget), location was incredible, right between rialto and st marks (no where better) and easy to find from directions on their website. Place was basic - you get what you pay for - but completely clean and tidy and the people were super friendly. No air-con, but the fan was free on request and did the job. Would definitely recommend for anyone on a budget, or especially like us, for anyone who wants to save money on where you sleep and splash it frivolously on expensive food and wine!! |

Customer reviewGreat location. Good value. Nice but not fancy. The breakfast could be a bit better but all around a nice place to stay in Venice. Nice views of the canals from our bedroom. |
