Liked: I stayed here for 4 nights with my partner!! It was great! Right in the middle of Venice and the room was fantastic! I don't have anything bad to say about it! The price is great for the location. I would defiantly stay here again when I return to Venice!

Disliked: Jessica left no negative feedback.

Liked: The reception office was close to the train station, then off you go explore and find the building, where you stay. Mine was in a good location, 10 min from Rialto bridge, 20 min to Saint Marks square and a grocery store and waterbus station near by. The room was cosy, nice and clean, had a view to one of the small canals. Even had a small fridge and a kettle.

Disliked: The fact that there is no reception at each building can make things sometimes difficult. On my last night a group was noisy all night. While this is not the B&B's fault, having only a mobile number to call in case of any problems doesn't help in the middle of the night. So I didn't got any sleep at all, which was quite fustrating after paying the higher price to stay in a single room instead of a shared one in a hostel.

Liked: They have some different locations in the city. When I came to the main reception/office, they gave me some information about Venice, a map and explained how to get to my room - friendly and helpful staff. When I got there, I found everything as I expected - small but clean room and bathroom. Location was close to main attractions.

Disliked: Room and main reception not in the same building. But I got clear directions and map so that wasn't a big problem.

Liked: It was in a great location. We read some bad reviews but we had no problems we were located above the main office. It was a spacious room with single beds not bunk beds and it was perfect for what we needed.

Disliked: No wifi but you don't go to venice to sit on your computer anyway

Liked: Location is very central and the rooms are very clean.

Disliked: No aircon, stiffling in summer and no social area, met 2 girls and was complained to for talking in the hallway!

Liked: It was such a perfect place to stay in Venice. It had everything I needed. Especially for my short stay in th city, it was perfect for me to go and see the city and then come back for my things to go to the airport.

Disliked: It is a little hidden and hard to find but just by being carefull that shouldnt be much of a problem.

Liked: This property is very well located....! I know that this B&B offers two locations...We weren´t in the one which faces de grand canal, but it was in a nice location though. It´s very close to Piazzale Roma and to Santa Lucia Station, which was great! !! The girl at the lobby gave us some good advice and tips about the city! Very useful!

Disliked: it didn´t seem very secure because the place where we stayed didn´t have any lobby whit staff or anything....Nothing happened though.

Liked: good location, right across the canal from the train station and close to Pizzale Roma We were able to leave our luggage at the office before and after our checkout. Bathroom was big, room spacious.

Disliked: A little noise at night, poor insulation, can hear every voice, door closing etc.

Liked: Nice, clean room. We stayed in a private room which said shared bathroom but we actually ended up having a private bathroom which was great. The location was excellent and it felt like we had our own private place right in the centre of everything. For the price we payed, it was exceptional value.

Disliked: Having to walk 15 minutes over 4 bridges with heavy luggage wasn't the greatest, but having read other reviews we were prepared for this and the way Venice is laid out you would probably have to move your luggage to wherever you were staying. So the negative reviews based on this are meaningless as you should be aware before you arrive that you will have to walk to your room.

Liked: Great location. Very close to the train station and to the buses that take you back to the airport. Rooms were clean. The woman at the front desk was very helpful with telling us how to get back to the airport and where to by the bus tickets.

Disliked: No breakfast. There's no where to really hang out and meet other travelers if you stay in in the main buiding where the check in office is located.

Liked: We loved the apartment, it even had is own courtyard. The showers were in our room and were nice. The apartment was quiet and dark, good for sleep. We had heavy luggage and they change our apartment to one around the corner, we very much appreciated that. Very helpful staff :-)

Disliked: No microwave, cutlery or plates in the room

Liked: None.

Disliked: Though the hostel had described themselves that the room might be allocate to other places, it stil quite shock that we walked at least twenty mins to the room, with heavy luggage!! Actually it is quite far away from train station. The room smells badly with bacteria and humid. The atmosphere was really weir that made my friend and I felt really nervious. My friend even tol me that she had bad impression on the hostel. I would rather not recommend this hostel.

Liked: We arrived the reception to check in the afternoon and the staff is really nice and helpful. She showed us the way to the room where it is in separate building around 10 mins walk from office with the map. She talked slowly and clearly to make us clear. Room is big with private bathroom.

Disliked: Need to have bath in separate room. The refrigerator is not cold enough.

Liked: This property was in a great location right across the river from the train station. The room was clean and very secure. We had our own bathroom. I would recommend this hostel. There were some other reviews saying it was hard to find, but the directions worked fine for us. The room we had was in a different building which was also fine for us as it was not far away and was in a quiet location.

Disliked: There was no wifi available which was not a big deal since we were only here for a few nights.

Liked: Can smell urine in the vicinity of hotel room and no liking at all!!

Disliked: but we felt 'cheated' when the hotel room was in fact very far away from the train station. We have to drag our heavy luggage in reaching there. The toilet is below the staircase and not even space to stand and urine. No airconditoner and bad ventillation and mosquito bites every night. Very Bad hotel. Highly not recommended!!

Liked: It was the perfect location for the perfect price. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend this place for anybody who want to experience Venice.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike really. Except may be the fact that there was no cutlery if you want to eat something in your room

Liked: Nothing!

Disliked: Las habitaciones están en la otra punta de donde marca el hostel. A más de 15 min atravesando puentes... yo que había mirado que estuviera cerca del tren... pues toma clase de pesas que hicimos venga a subir y bajar maleta! Además no te dan el desayuno que te prometían, era una tetera vacía a rellenar cada uno y mermelada seca... Alcatraz???

Liked: The location was good, there was a fridge, coffee, kettle and snacks in the room.

Disliked: The staff were unfriendly, we didn't get an en suite room despite having booked one. We had to carry our bags to another building across the city and up several flights of stairs. There was no breakfast and no wifi.

Liked: Excellent location, very kind and helpful staff, really big room, air conditioning was on the whole time so no issue with a hot room. Easy to find, and the extras, such as bread, jam, kettle, fridge were an added bonus. We stayed in 5 hostels during our trio and this was by far the best.

Disliked: Beds were not that comfy
