I loved it, they were so helpful and kind. The rooms were gorgeous too. It is just a 5 minute bus to the Vapretto so the location was excellent. Beach really close, breakfast served every morning was a great range. Will make you a drink if you go down to the living room. We arrived at 9am and they checked us in no hassle at all, i like that very much, especially as they gave us a full breakfast and cappuccino for free!

The Garden seating area was lovely. We enjoyed drinking tea in the garden in the evenings.
The breakfast was very good.

Lovely and friendly staff, beautiful breakfast location in the garden. A few minutes bus journey from the Lido vaparetto stop. Bus goes every 5 mins in the daytime and every 20 mins at night. Lovely beach and restaurant just around the corner. Worthwhile paying the extra for the room with aircon as it was a bit muggy in June.

It is in a quiet area away from Venice but very easy to access. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices. It has a quiet outdoor sitting area for guests, great after a busy day in Venice.

The Breakfast is great. There is a large variety of things served unlike other bed and breakfast places. !! The Villa is a quaint little place, with a nice little garden to relax in.

A quiet hotel on the island of Lido... make sure you look up the location before you book. If you are OK with it (we were-- and glad we came) it was a wonderful stay.

Very Good adress. Staff very nice and competent. Room was clean. I was afraid before viewing the hostel of the location to go to city center of Venise. A stop of bus was not far and after that only 15 minutes by boat to San Marco.
Very good in conclusion

In a Beautiful area, the Lido is the best place to stay in Venice, easy access and tranquility 15 minutes away of st marcus square. Family hotel very simpathetic and friendly. The Hotel is cute, very very beautifull.

A lovely guesthouse with a beautiful garden. Very quiet and restful but not a good idea if you are after somewhere more lively.
