Liked: Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Zimmer war sauber, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt insgesamt für Venedig. Nicht gut fand ich, dass man für ein großes Handtuch nochmal 2 Euro extra bezahlen sollte.

Liked: The room was very nice with new sheets offered, a personal sink in our room, a smaller towel was provided free of charge, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Liked: This place was far too expensive, the staff was rude, and the rooms were dirty. Location was decent, but nothing amazing. It was a bit of a walk to San Marcos. When we arrived they offered us a private room or the one shared 6 bed room we had originally booked for the same price. We took the private room which turned out to be down the street a little bit in a really creepy, dirty building. Our room was disgusting with gross stains on the carpet, and cold, but thankfully and employee brought over a space heater for us. The beds were awfully uncomfortable, and quite frankly the whole private building freaked me out and I felt rather unsafe.

Liked: It sits right next to San Marco Square. The location is really good for the price. The house is probably a few hundred years old, so it has its charm. But as all old houses, the room and beds are small. Not much facilities. We have some problems with the heater the second night, so it was freezing in January, and one of us caught a cold.Water bus costs 6.5 euro one way. So if you live far away from San Marco, your transportation can cost 13 euros per day.

Liked: The hostel is really greatly located, and was worth the money. The bed was confortable, and thebed linnen and the bathroom were very clean. I can not say the same about the carpet in the bedroom, but that's how it seems to be around Europe. The only thing is that although it was a mixed privete suite the bathroom did not have keys inside. But I would still recommend it.

Liked: Being in the center of milan, of course you can't expect a sea of room space, so there's not really a common/social area (which is not a problem of course if for once you want to avoid the "where ya from", "how ya like it here", "where ya'll going next"). When coming back, our private room - which was really nice - was unlocked, although I'm sure to have locked it when going away, that made me feel somehow insecure for a second, but for the rest it was perfect. There's plenty of bathrooms, it's really warm enough, in the center, quite close to whatever you want to see again at night, typical cosy italian buildings (how people can wine about the steep staircase, I don't know, that's just one of the beautiul pittoresq things about it all!)

Liked: Lovely clean rooms and linen. Great Cafe across the street where we got %20 off breakfast try the cream/apple crossiants! Once again very,very steep stairs.

Liked: It was a great location, but there's really not much else good to say about this hostel. Our room was decently clean, but the bathroom wasn't and the shower was terrible. They also charged you for towels, even though they advertised them as free. The reception was really hard to get a hold of and not always there. Plus, it was very expensive in general for the lack of amenities offered.

Liked: Booked for a 4 beds room. Stayed in a 2 beds room in another building.Bathroom hasn't been cleaned during stay.Different from others reviews, the bed of this hostel is good.

Liked: We had a double room and it was nice and clean, however there was no bathroom in the room you had to go through reception to go to the bathroom and it wasn't in a very clean state.
