Liked: the receptionist "Lorenzo" was very pleasant,polite and helpful...he did not mind to find the train schedule for us and took his time to explain things...we appreatiated. He also speak English quite well. I think he should work at the 5 star hotel instead.

Liked: We booked a room without a toilette and when we arrived we were given a room with WC for the same price, that was nice. People were helpful and could speak very good English.

Liked: It was pretty far from the hordes of people running around Venezia, I saw the italy I was hoping to see. The room i got had everything you could need, there might even be some balsamic vinagrette still there.

Liked: Great, friendly staff. Located close to S Marco but in a not-too-touristy quarter. Price was great as well. only one shared bathroom and lack of kitchen are the main complaints

Liked: This hostel is very close to St Marks Square and the Grand Canal! I looked for a very long time, and this was THE BEST DEAL I could find. We were in a 5 story apartment building on the 3rd floor. I don't know how many other rooms there were, but there was only 1 bathroom. That's the only downfall.

Liked: Great location to explore Venice, easy to find and no steps over the canal to carry your luggage! The most difficult part of our stay at this hostel was finding where to get the key from (hotel over the road) as there was no indication that the hostel was not manned.

Liked: Great location, cute room, cute hotel.... after reading the reviews, I didn't know what to expect here but sort of expected the worst and was VERY pleasantly surprised. I don't know what kind of palaces these people have been staying at but I had no problems with this place. Location was beyond great and I arrived in the dark and had no problems finding it whatsoever. Would def recommend!

Liked: Location is amazing, they gave us a free upgrade too, its right on St. Marks square a bit of a trak from the trainstation if you have bags but a wiked hostel anyway, more like a hotel.
