Liked: we stayed in their second location around the corner from the main fish because we had a longer stay, i think this one is meant to be bigger and cleaner. rooms were huge! free dinner was amazing, always enough for seconds. free dinner is great because everyone feels like socialising and you meet so many people. location is great!!! the people who work there are travellers themselves so be prepared if you arrive at night they might be drunk but you have to just take it in good spirit and join them

Disliked: may have possibly had bed bug bites. the walk from the main fish to the other one round the corner they advertise as being 10minutes but its really 15 minutes if you walk really fast

Liked: friendly staff. It is a great place to make new friends but not a clean one.

Disliked: This hostel is not clean. The morning after I slept here I found a few bed bugs on and near our beds. Though people keep complaining about this a lot the staff do not seem to have done anything about this.

Liked: The. Atmosphere is very good. You really know many people

Disliked: It's many people in just one room. There are bugs in the bed.

Liked: The location was perfect, beautiful and fun. The directions were relatively easy to find and the staff was super friendly.

Disliked: There were only 2 bathrooms, but it's easy enough to share. No bedbugs like there were complains about.

Liked: The staff were AMAZING - so friendly and helpful and chill. Also, free dinner!!

Disliked: It was nice and close to the train station, but quite far from Piazza San Marco. Also, I didn't like the lock out from 11-2.

Liked: Because we stayed 3 nights we were moved to the sister hostel, which was A Lot nicer.

Disliked: There was no place to lock up your stuff for the day

Liked: Easily the best hostel i've ever stayed in. If you are boring and anti social don't stay here. Amazing staff simply make the experience.

Disliked: Dirty, full of bed bugs Hot, until cannot sleep Dusty, Difficult to breathing Not enough toilet No kitchen use Very noisy at night the staff is not in good manner In short, very bad environment

Liked: everyone was very welcoming and freindly, they made me feel at home in no time at all, and were also able to accomadate for a second night on short notice. the other guests were just as awesome, and I hope to meet them on other travels :D

Disliked: While the property was easy to find, it was right on one of the main tourist streets, so it made it difficult to sleep in, after hanging out late having a great time with everyone

Liked: Great location, it was so picturesque, the staff were friendly and fun and the free dinners were delicious and seriously a great way to meet other people staying there.

Disliked: There was only two showers which was a bit problematic but you just had to time it right.

Disliked: Bed Bugs, though i think they were the the duvet cover not the bed, as i only started getting bitten the night i asked for a cover. Either way im covered in nasty bites!

Liked: Great location all of the staff was super friendly except one but there's always one bad apple.

Disliked: Showers were not the cleanest. Definitely a young crowd that likes to party - could be a good or a bad thing.

Liked: great atmosphere, best place to meet people

Disliked: overly priced, the top bunks had no safety barriers, there was no lockers at all, no wifi working at all, the place wasnt run very well as the staff where just travellers themselves

Liked: Love the atmosphere of the place has a very cool vibe, the free dinner wasn't anything special but free is my kind of euros lol the bar was cool and going out with everyone and Tge staff was alOt of fun

Disliked: there were no lockers, but was pretty safe anyways

Liked: Best hostel for socialising had a really great time staff were amazing and you get free pasta for dinner its a great place.

Liked: Great atmosphere in the evenings and really nice free dinners.

Disliked: No computers and I was put in a secondary building that was about a 10 minute walk from the main hostel without being told beforehand.

Liked: Such a good location for the money. Only a ten min walk from the station and then everything is within an easy few minute walk. The building was very characteristic and right on the canal which really made the atmosphere staying in venice I booked a bed in a room of twelve girls but this was was spilt into two so it was more like i was in a room of 4. Beds were comfy

Disliked: Queues for bathrooms as only two showers between everyone. Toilet in my girls room got flooded and was not very pleasent. But i think this was just unfortunate for the time i stayed as it didn't make me dislike the place. However i only stayed on night, anymore than two nights and this could be a bit of a problem. But the staff were quick in getting it sorted.
