This AAE Hotel is 1 of 2 AAE Hotels we have in Venice. The AAE Clubhouse is a mixed-use building with several small private ensuite rooms and large apartments. Our location is fantastic, near San Marco Square and we can accommodate groups of 8 and more with ease. Friends and Families love us!

Welcome...Step 1

Most of our guests start at the airport. We have 2 in the area. The Treviso and The Marco Polo.

The first Step is to catch the ATVO shuttle bus.

Arriving By Air to Venice:

Okay, so you have arrived at Piazzale Roma, and it looks like this:

Proceed to the local Bus Stop. Remember, a bus is still a boat in Venice!

You want to take any Water Bus to Accademia Stop.

Step 3…You have arrived

Because we know that our little side street is hard to find, and because we are so close to the Accedemia Stop, here is what we request you do:

Call us at this junction, and we will send someone down to meet you. You may also call us at the number listed below before you leave Piazzale Roma, then we will be waiting for you.

As you arrive in Venice please call our guide’s (you will receive contact details after booking).

If you come by car or if you are arriving from the airport by bus N° 5, you will get to Piazzale Roma.

From there, or from the railway station, take the water bus n.1 direction San Marco (one ride each 10 minutes). Get off at the ACCADEMIA stop, and there you will meet our guide, who will take you to the Hostel, Private Rooms or if you selected an apartment - directly to it!
