Liked: Even though we shared a bath it was still large, in great condition, and pretty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also all spoke English.

Liked: The hotel was in a great location, it was comfortable and had a good sized room, bed and bathroom. The only annoyance was the construction which often started around 8am and didnt finish until after 7pm. Please note, if you are arriving here at night the waterbus stop is not open! Follow the second set of instuctions on the website and head towards Palazzo Grassi, just keep looking until you find the signs!

Liked: We were not after a party venue and although there were lots of people around to meet and go out with if you wanted to, you could still find the rooms very quiet and relaxing. The location was great once we found it - easy to get to by ferry!

Liked: The bathroom was very beautiful, the bed also great to sleep in. We asked the staff to put the heat up the first day and they did so it was very warm and cosy.

Liked: it was nice and cozy. very personal. a good place to stay if you have been traveling alot and just need a night to relax without noise and other people. however the shower was not always not, sometimes not even luke warm. you also had to leave the key when you left for the day but it was out in the open where anyone can just take it and enter the room. that did not make me feel my stuff was secured at all. other then that def worth it!
