The staff is very nice and helpful. Location is very good. Clean rooms. Not cheap. You get a key to the front door, so you can come and go 24 hrs, which is great.

air conditioned! the owner is very nice and helpful. there is a safety deposit box in the room and everything is very clean. it is right next to a water taxi stop as well.

The location of the hostel is very good - not too far away from Piazza S. Marco (15 minutes walk) but very quiet. As a bonus, there is a cheap supermarket round the corner which is a rarity in Venice. The room was very spacious and clean - cleaning service on a daily basis. Breakfast is OK, the bread not toof resh but the coffee is good and there is plenty. I reckon for singles or Interrailers who want to party this is not the place to go, but if you are a couple or want to enjoy a good night's sleep at a very reasonably price, this is a great hostel.

The staff were really friendly and gave lots of helpful hints about how to see the city. They also made reservations for me at the galleries.The rooms and facilities were VERY clean. You could tell the staff took alot of pride in the hostel. The breakfast was also really good with lots of variety. I would reccomend this place to all of my friends!

Its proximity to the centre of Venice and waterbus (vaporetto) stop; the area was quiet- so we could sleep well after a busy day; it was spotlessly clean.

Mr. Giorgio has taken care of every aspect in the room to make it extremely comfortable- heating system is a 10+ Surely for those coming in during summer will not be disappointed.

The location is excellent, five minutes to the Fondamenta Nuove waterbus stop to the airport, even closer to the regular waterbus to the islands, and 10 mins to San Marco. There is also a small supermarket on the corner (important if you want to eat without paying ridiculous restaurant prices) and some very nice small shops and cafes around. The hotel itself is pretty unassuming, everything done as cheaply as possible (plastic chairs in the room, etc), but still looks quite decent and our room was large and comfortable, and cleaned daily. Breakfast was mediocre (instant coffee, diluted fanta, two bread rolls with condiments and a packaged pastry) but perfectly adequate if you're looking for something to fill you up for the morning. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and recommended two very good restaurants. Also you get a key to the front door, so you can come and go 24 hrs, which is great.

It is a nice place to sleep, rinse out some of your travel clothes, and you are close distance to walking to some main sites and to the vaporatto (water boats that take you to the other parts of venezia). The staff is very friendly too.
