Customer reviewThe location was very covenient, although a little hard to find. We had a problem with mosquitos the first night. The front desk didn't tell us about the plug in bug repellent in the room until after we complained about them. I guess we were supposed to know about it. |

Customer reviewThe most important thing in Venice is not to get lost. So it is very good that the hotel is next to the main train station [Ferrovia], to where lead all signs. One of the best cheap solutions to stay on the main island of Venice. |

David KeetchAccomodation in the heart of Venice is expensive, these rooms which had shared bathroom, were a little pricey, but were the best value we could find and the hotel is only a short walk from the train station. Breakfast was very good. |

Customer reviewLoved the sink and mirror in the room. There was a nice little couch as well and reading lamps though. The best was the air conditioning as Venice in August is sweltering. |

Customer reviewThe rooms in the hotel were clean and secure, and the shared bathrooms were not an issue despite being shared between quite a lot of people on each floor. The hotel fails to include check-in times on the website, and although we e-mailed ahead to ask for times and possibly ask for an earlier check in we did not receive a reply - once we arrived we were told we couldn't check into our rooms until quite late in the day which was really inconvenient so I would suggest calling ahead to check these details if you are planning to arrive in the morning. |

Customer reviewThis place was right next to the main train station in Venice, which is great if you are there for only a couple days like myself. This was the most pricey place I have stayed but by far the best with it being a 3 star hotel. This actually felt like a classy hotel and not some cheap dirty one. The breakfast was great and well organized the washrooms perfect and essentially only 1 per two rooms! I loved it. Although Venice itself is sucky. |

Customer reviewExcellent location which is very near the train station. Hostel has great facilities. Rooms are comfortable. However when I was there, the toilets had problems. The flush could not work properly at times. The shower doors were always stuck. The floor was often very dirty and there was a slight smell to the toilet. Apart from that, everything was fine. |
