Chris CampbellIt was fantastic! Its practially a hotel! Free internet, all you can eat breakfast and there was loads of choice. The coffee machine was broken on the one day I stayed there but an engineer was fixing it. Good hot showers! TV, Very clean hotel beds, not bunks. It was fabulous! |

Samina ShahThe people at the reception speak English quite well and are always willing to help with things like calling a taxi, or give bus/walking maps and directions (as well as leaflets on local attractions). The receptionists help to take your luggage upstairs (there is a lift) and there is one computer in the hotel lobby through which everyone can - wait and - access free internet. It is also possible (at times) to connect to the internet through your laptop upstairs though the connections is not very good! However, if you use your laptop in the hotel lobby (the wifi area) the internet works fine. However, it is useful to bear in mind that you will need a full laptop battery because there are no sockets in the lobby in which you can plug your adapters! Well, there is one but the main -and only - hotel guest computer is connected to that socket. Overall, good hotel. Good breakfast given between 8am - 10am(like a buffet - variety of things to choose from). The cleaners clean the bedroom and toilets etc every day (however there is a tendency for the toilets to run out of rolls rather quickly - but all is well when you ask for more - they have a stock full of rolls in the room next to the shower). A clean hand/face towel and a shower towel is provided every day. However, beware of the shower! Although it is clean the lights automatically shut off every 5 - 10 minutes (and you have to flap your arms around so that the light sensor detects movement and switches the light on) which is a little annoying but a clever feature which saves energy and cuts down on bills for the owners. Hmmm, what else? There is a tv and remote in every room, there is also a wardrobe (which I didn't use - cos was only staying for four nights) and bedside cabinets and lamps. There is a screen covering the windows and it can be pulled down for safety at night, after which you can shut the doors and relax. Everyone has their own room and hotel entrance key. This means it is possible for you to stay out late and not get locked outside. If you go out on to your room's balcony during the day you will find that there are nice views of other buildings. The hotel has its own unique little character and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there. Oh - and a reminder those of you who like to sleep in late... the cleaners arrive every morning around 9 - 9.30am to clean the rooms. If you aren't ready to be awoken they will give you about an hour or so to get dressed etc and then they will clean your room (which doesn't usually take longer than half an hour). Great stay! Go for it :o) |

Simon FrostVery clean and tidy for the price, and helpful English speaking staff. Wasn't very close to the centre of the city, but for this price you can't go wrong. |

Customer reviewBreakfast was good, because there were a lot of options. I hired a 4 bed room and met new people. But at 7 a.m. everybody gets up and have a shower, that means a lot of noise. If you want to learn how to get somewhere, staff is very helpfull and they give you a useful map of Turin. |

Customer reviewRelaxed and open atmosphere, great staff! The directions how to find this hostel are way off, though, it´s a much longer walk from the bus/tramstop than is said! |
