Liked: Near nice restaurants, the room were big and we had our own bathroom.

Disliked: The shower cabin were broken and this made the water go everywhere in the bathroom. Also the shower support were broken so it was necessary to hold it all the time. The heater was not strong enough, during the night the room got very cold. The breakfast is really bad, with almost nothing to eat.

Liked: The staff was pretty friendly and gave us tea and hot water when we asked for it. It's a bit far from the city center (about 20 minutes walk) but it's near bus 61 which takes you the Piazza Vittorio Veneto and Porta Nuova, and from there you can take any number of routes. The staff also speaks Chinese, english is ok but not super fluent. There's free internet and it's accessible on the second floor. Breakfast is pretty basic, but you can ask for the coffee / tea that you want.

Disliked: There's no elevator from the ground floor to the first floor, so you have to take your luggage up a flight, then go all the way down the hallway to take the elevator.

Liked: I went there with a group of 16-17 yo's. For us this was a perfect place situated in a lively street next to the River Po. Walking distance to town centre 15 - 20 minutes. Or you could jump on bus 61. The staff were very friendly to the young people.

Disliked: The breakfast could be improved by serving cereals.

Liked: Typical Italian hotel. Friendly staff. Very large comfortable rooms. Very quiet despite being on main road. Lots of extras i.e. soap, shower gels, slippers, tissues etc. Second visit will use this hotel whenever we visit Turin.
