Liked: It seemed to have been newly renovated and close to the old town, train and bus station.

Disliked: Reception wasnt always open as when we arrived no one was there. The spiral staircase isnt great when you have heavy bags,

Liked: The location is very good (once you find it), it's very close to the bus & train station, it's close to the center, there is a supermarket next door and two great restaurants around the corner. Also it's very clean & the staff is helpful and speaks enough english.

Disliked: Even though it was a non-smoking room it really smelled like smoke (we had room A). The reception was right outside our door, so we could hear everything going on there. It's a little hard to find since it's in a very small alley and there are no signs. The heating didn't work very well, so in winter the room is quite cold. There were enough blankets though, and if you're not allergic to feather blankets, that's fine.

Liked: It was a very beautiful bed and breakfast. The room we stayed in was tastefully decorated and spot-clean with a gorgeously decorated bed.

Disliked: The location is very central but is a bit tricky to find.

Liked: Only used this B&B as a short overnight stop before onward travel, however I was delighted with the service. The gentleman on reception was there when we arrived late at night, and was helpful and friendly. Room and en-suite was spotlessly clean and had everything we required. It was also very quiet which enabled a good nights rest before we moved on.

Liked: That's one of THE BEST places I stayed last time - very clean and refurbished rooms, friendly staff, good location. The negative can be poor breakfast - but it's Italy so don't expect more than croissant with espresso. Generally, I strongly recommend this place!

Liked: excellent service provided in a professional and friendly manner.The only problem was the breakfast at "Scaccomatto bar", the lady was really aggressive and she stressed on the fact that the good things were not for free so I had the impression to get the low quality option...
