Liked: The place is ok for the money you pay. It is well located and it is cheap.

Disliked: I wake up full of hives (probably from fleas), still have them. For the size of them the fleas must have come from Chernobyl. The other thing is that the raylways pass by 25 mts from the room were I was sleeping, so I could hear the train passing by all night.

Liked: It is quite near to the trainstation and also not far from the centre. The staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms have own bathrooms.

Disliked: The bathroom was quite small and the bathromm-door a little bit damaged. The kitchen and the tv-room is very small...but I think it is not often needed.

Liked: Clean, not too difficult to find (and I'm pretty bad at finding places), and extremely well-priced.

Disliked: There's no common area for people to mingle in the hostel -- that's the primary drawback.

Liked: its located very close to the station...but then sorrento in itself is a very small place

Liked: The hostel was clean, and cheap - good value for the price.

Disliked: Just a note: the staff did not speak English. The staff was rarely at the reception desk, even when they were supposed to be there. The promised hours on the door said something like 8am to 12:30pm, and 4pm to 8pm. This meant I was unable to check in when I arrived - at 2:30 pm (they were unavailable until 4:30 pm) and that I was unable to stow my bag somewhere secure (I was in a dormitory) because no one was there at 8 am. It also meant that I just left my keys on the desk when I left, because I had to leave at 8:15 am at the latest. All of this was rather frustrating.

Liked: just location.

Disliked: terrible lodge I've every stayed. really regretable. dirty, 8 bed in very small room, 2nd bed bottom consists of spring, so when somebody is on the 2nd bed, 1st bed space almost none. Bed sheet very unpleasant, I doubted when they washed the sheet. Please don;t stay even though when you consider the location. I did so, but I regret. IMPORTANT THING very very small breakfast. You will be shocked. just one croissant and coffee. could you believe it? Terrible, terrible.

Liked: this was a wonderful place to stay, highly recommend it. close to the station, friendly staff and clean rooms. we stayed for four nights and wish it had been longer. would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Everything. The room was filthy with hairs and rubbish left from the previous occupiers. The bathroom was a toilet and a tap in the bedroom. There was no room in the bedroom for you to put your stuff, when you braved the shower it flooded the bedroom which resulted in your stuff (which had to go on the floor) getting soaked. The walls were like paper and you could literally hear everything from the people who were in the room next door. The staff were rude and openly had arguments with other customers in front of everyone. The fan that was in our room was a danger with fluid leaking from the mechanism and when we requested another we were told that it was unlikely to happen (and that is putting it politely). We had booked 4 nights but after the one night of hell that we spent there we moved to a much better hotel for the next 3 nights. I dont think that I need to say anymore...

Liked: It was easy walking distance to the middle of sorrento but as it is only a small place i imagine this is true of all places in the area.

Disliked: The bathroom door was broken and didn't shut properly. The shower was mostly cold. The free breakfast wasn't any good.

Liked: The only good thing about this place was it's location and even then it wasn't that great.

Disliked: The place was a bit of a dump, the bathrooms were very old and grotty and there were people staying in our dorm one night who weren't even guests of the hostel, other people had just brought them in and the staff did nothing. The friend I am travelling with was woken by one of the guys in the dorm in the middle of the night who tried to get into bed with her and wouldn't take no for an answer. It was overpriced considering how run down it was. Don't stay here unless you have absolutely no other option.

Liked: i stayed in a private single room, which was good. i usually stay in a dorm, but i'm glad i stayed in the single room because i saw the dorm room and it looked cramped. this place is a bit tight on space, but i chose to stay here because it is very close to the station, there are signs that direct you to the hostel so it is easy to find. but because it is so close to the train station, you hear trains going by all day and night, so bring earplugs. breakfast is included but it is quite simple, just a sweet bun and a cappucino. the luggage deposit costs 50 cents, i'm not sure how secure it is because the door is left unlocked; i did leave my stuff here and nothing happened to it. the single private is ok, i think i have got better for a similar price elsewhere.

Liked: pros: we had a 4 person private room and the bathroom was amazing and clean, the room is clean and well decorated, feels more like a hotel, breakfast is served free at the bar next door (just some pastries, juice, coffee), 2 min walk to the train/bus station, super easy to find (there are signs all over the city telling you how to get to the hostel), 10 min walk (or less) from the city center (which is very beautiful)cons: no free internet or wifi, didnt see mannyy people lounging around downstairs getting to know each other

Liked: The staff find out in the morning about the boats to Capri and whether they would or wouldnt be running, and also can give advice on seeing Amalfi. Sorrento seemed to really come alive at night with all the touristic shops open till 11pm or later. Although a little touristic, Sorrento is a very noce place and needs to be experienced at night as well as by day!

Liked: The hostel is situated near to the train and bus station, is really convenient. There's a supermarket just right in front. It costs 1 euro for using the kitchen. The bathroom, bedroom everything is nice. Has internet access but is pretty expensive. The best thing is the breakfast is included, can take it right beside the hostel, in a bar. They served really nice and tasty pastry like croissant, cakes, and nice coffee!!

Liked: Bit run down, walls mouldy, paint flacking off, bathroom bit dirty. Internet exspensive. There is a small kitchen area but have to pay extra to use it. There's not a 24hr reception like stated on website.
