Liked: Restaurant food was sooo delicious and cheap, with quick service (and one very cute waiter!). 1.80 euro for a large beer. Staff were pleasant and rooms were clean. Twin cabin is basic, no fridge, en suite or air con, although a communal fridge and kitchen area was provided. A 15 min bus ride up a very steep hill so can't really walk it. Buses are a bit hit and miss, with the last one (about 11ish) not often turning up! Taxi costs 20-25 euro from Sorrento town to campsite. The campsite is quite hilly, especially coming back from the pool and the private 'beach' (a slab of rock), but I guess everywhere in the area will be. More of a family place than a travellers'. Not sure about the bar by the pool, as we never went there. They drive round dressed up with megaphones trying to convince you to go, but when we did try to go about 12pm it was closed. I'd guess they want to make it a lively place but when its quiet the bar must close. They arrange trips to Capri from their private beach for 25 euro. Good base for visiting Capri, Pompei and the Amalfi Coast.

Liked: Accomodation was clean and comfortable, lots of facilities to use including a great, cheap pizzeria on site. Lovely view from campsite overlooking the Sorrento bay. Only downside was having to pay extra for use of the swimming pool. Overall a great place to stay.

Liked: The hostel is on top of a hill so the view is amazing, plenty of clean showers & toilets, no loud people at night, great private beach (although it's quite a hike to get there). Good public transport to Sorrento (three buses per hours, that stop in front of the camping)

Liked: We stayed in a green cabin that was amongst a bunch that surrounded some picnic tables, made it a great place to meet other people for some social drinks. The beach is fantastic as well.Feeling every spring in the mattresses not so great but got over that pretty quick.We stayed 6 nights and had a great time.

Liked: Shady site with lots of corners to relax in. Beautiful restaurant with a million-dollar view at breakfast. Easy to get to on buses or by walking. Cracking free, private beach, with a little bar. Unusual on this coast. Perfection!

Liked: Really nice beach, the camping is full with trees, so it is easy to find shadowed places for the tent, boat trip to Capri started just from the beach of the camping

Liked: Got a free upgrade to ensuite cabin. When you figure out the buses its pretty efficient. Swimming pool, bar and restaurant are really good value.

Liked: The facilities were excellent. There was a large pool which was great for hot days. Food and market on site, as well as picnic tables to socialize. Its such a large complex that even though their were some people partying, it never disturbed us.
