Village Camping Campogaio Santafortunata is one of the most beautiful tourist structures, located in a very nice and quite position amongst olive, oak and lemon-groves with a beautiful panoramic view on the Bay of Naples, on Vesuvius and on the nearby town of Sorrento.
It is situated about 1.5 Km from the centre of Sorrento connected by public transport to the most important tourist towns of the area such us: Pompeij, Positano, Amalfi, Naples and Capri.
Facilities of a bar, Mini-market, Restaurant-Pizzeria await you with a large room with wonderful views of the sea. There is a swimming pool with solarium in a nice valley; a characteristic rocky beach with view of Mount Vesuvius reachable by foot through a small shady path of about 300 m. Swimming Pool is open from 01.05.10 to 15.10.10, free entrance from 01.05.10 to 06.08.10 and from 22.08.10 to 15.10.10, € 3.00 per person per day from 07.08.10 to 21.08.10

Location Information

Rome, Pompei, Herculaneum, Paestum, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri, Ischia, Caserta, Monte Faito, Vesuvius and Naples are easily reachable by car, public transport or by taking advantage of one of the many guided trips which run daily and are organised by many local tourist agencies.
From Sorrento, thanks to the SS Amalfitana 163, it is possible to visit Positano with its typical white houses anchored against the mountain sides and the narrow streets lines with small shops tucked into the rocks; or Amalfi, with its majestic arabic style cathedral.
Pompei and Herculaneum, home of the excavations, can be reached by local train (the Circumvesuviana). Caserta with its splendid regal palace and Cassino, residence of the famous blessed Abbey, are well connected to Naples by the national rail line.
From Marina Piccola you can reach the dream island of Capri, antic imperial residence, or look after your well being and visit the thermal island of thermal of Ischia.
