By car:

Whatever direction you are coming from, take the A3 Napoli - Salerno. Follow the route Salerno/ Reggio Calabria - Penisola Sorrentina as far as the Castellammare di Stabia exit. Drive along the SS 145 and go through Vico Equense, Meta Di Sorrento, Piano di Sorrento as far as S. Agnello. Straight on take the third turning on the right, it is 'viale dei Pini'. Pass a fountain and go straight on that road, then take the first one on the right (via Paola Zancagni). Continue for a few meters and you will find the 7 Hostel on the right.

By train:

It takes about an hour from Naples 'Piazza Garibaldi' Or 'Stazione Centrale ' to reach Sorrento.

Catch the local train you find on the lower floor of the station and look for the line Napoli - Sorrento (direction towards Sorrento). Get off in S. Agnello, take the steps down to the station and turn left. At the corner, next to a fruit shop, turn left and walk straight on and pass the fountain in a little square. Keep on walking and and turn right at the crossroad.
After 200 meters you will see a church and the hostel on the right side.

From the airport:

From the airport of Naples, just take the bus for Sant' Agnello (curreri viaggi bus).
