Liked: This hostel was beautiful, and Fabrizio was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was amazing, we had an entire table full of delicious food, and even Italian espresso! Our room had an awesome Fresco on the ceiling and very comfortable beds. Lovely experience!!

Liked: The location is really great - just two minutes from major sights in Siena! And it is located in the ordinary house, so you may feel that you are living here!

Liked: right in the city center and good italian atmosphere. Winery downstairs and very safe

Disliked: - old style furniture (TV didn't work) - I would prefer a homemade breakfast, just bread and marmelade/cheese/ham, some italian food. There wasn't any fresh ingredient: disappointing in Italy.

Liked: location is just perfect, super center with a typical winery downstairs. It is also very clean and vintage. Nice international breakfast

Liked: the facility is like the pictures on the web site and it is a very beautiful place.

Disliked: it is on the 3rd floor, if you have many heavy bags, this is not a good choice for you. It also does not have friendly service.

Liked: Location was great in the city center. Fabrizio, who runs the guesthouse, was a great guy, really helpfull. Facilities were fantastic, traditional Italian style. You can use the kitchen for cooking and breakfast was really tasty.

Liked: Great host. Very friendly and very helpful. When we needed something, he would help call for us. Like renting a Vespa and getting all the info we needed. Or bus ride and schedule. If he couldn't get the info, he would tell you how/where to get it. Very responsive to email. The rooms are really big. The entire place is very clean. They use these old school skeleton keys for the room. The place is in the heart of Siena, city center. At night, the area is a bit spooky cuz it feels deserted but the entire city is like that. It's the renaissance area! If I had a horse riding along the streets I would feel like like them at their time. Having said that, my wife and I still walked around at night and it was fine; even passed 1am.

Liked: The room was nice. Location was very close to the campo; the breakfast was excellent. Everything was quite clean and well organized.

Disliked: It was a good ways down the hall to the toilet, but it was close enough.

Liked: The hostel is in a very central location of Siena. The hostel owner, Fabrizio, is extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. He makes breakfast for all the guests there every morning! The bathrooms are very clean and the common area has lots of character.

Liked: In heart of city. Less than 5 minutes from Campo. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen to use. Excellent breakfast. Fabrizio is a star, just could not be more helpful.

Liked: beautiful room with a nice view of the Duomo and a lovely terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, very clean, fan in the room, kitchen available for use at all times.

Disliked: wifi unreliable but computer available. Noisy street at night. No air-conditioning.

Liked: Beautiful property, great bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean, right in the centre of town, great views, very kind and helpful owner, free and tasty breakfast.

Disliked: The kitchen doesn't have an oven, which is a downside when it comes to self-catering. Might be solved by a small toaster oven or convection microwave. Hostel is difficult to find, although it's actually VERY close to the Siena bus station. Suggest you email Fabrizio beforehand for directions. Better yet, look on Google maps ahead, print something out and mark it up.

Liked: Fabrizio was great, organized a wine tour for us and made a lovely breakfast each morning. Close to everything.

Disliked: Only complaint is it was quite noisy in the morning. But better to get up and see the day than lay in bed!

Liked: Excellent place to stay. Fabrizio was a fantastic host and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Breakfast was a brilliant spread of cheeses, meats and one of the best omlettes I have ever taste. Great location close to the Campo.

Liked: It was amazing! The hostel atmosphere was lovely, and we were given the most incredible breakfast. Also our room had a balcony looking over siena, it was stunning. Fabulous location, beautiful rooms, and incredibly good value!

Disliked: Nothing wrong at all with the property but may need to put more detailed directions on the website as we found it hard to get there via the train.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly owner, who gave us excellent advice about where to go, where to eat out and how to get to places. Lovely old rooms, right in the centre of the old town. Everything very clean and tidy. Good kitchen. Amazing breakfast!
