Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff

Disliked: The internet didn't work at all in my room. And the breakfast was awful. Plastic cutlery and bowls, stale bread, and disgusting coffee.

Liked: Centrally located, very helpful staff, affordably priced.

Disliked: Rooms are a bit spartan. It would help to have a few hooks on the wall in the bathroom and a soap dish in the shower, but the rooms were immaculate, so I can't really complain.

Liked: There is an elevator for luggage. Very helpful staff (car parking in the city).

Disliked: The level of noise from outside, until very late in the night.

Liked: Really lovely guesthouse - beautiful rooms, excellent location, helpful staff! Would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: The breakfast room was very hot (but that is a very minor criticism!)

Liked: Beautiful place. The owner was really nice. We were leaving very early in the morning, before the breakfast started, and he made us a basket of breakfast food to bring with us in the train!

Liked: Good accomodation, the room was clean and big. Service of breakfest was really nice.

Disliked: Nothing especial, just a problem with the reservation. We reservated two rooms, for a total of 6, but they only reservated one room, but they solved everything and arraged for us a nice room.

Liked: The situation in the very historical center of Siena , near the "Piazza del Campo". Friendliness of staff , very helpful and nice to me. They ´ll even prepare something to me to eat to the bus, because I´ll leave at 6 in the morning.

Liked: Location, location, location. That and the individuals that worked the front desk were all equally helpful, courteous, and accomodating. For instance, we had a very early bus to catch, and they not only called the taxi company for us, they gave us a wake up call and packed us a light breakfast for the road.

Disliked: Squeaky ceiling fan.

Liked: It is located in the heart of the city near a lot of shopping places, restaurants, and historical monuments. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and most importantly, gave very good recommendations for restaurants!

Disliked: The room I stayed in did not have air conditioning so it was hot, but I was not surprised since this region tends to get very hot in the summer, especially late July and all of August.

Liked: We loved the location in relation to the Campo. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The staff was super helpful.

Disliked: We disliked how noise from the hallway echoes so loudly and how the shower water pours out into the bathroom floor.
