Liked: It was a nice 4 bedroom apartment. And the location was convenient to both train station and center of Siena. They also provided breakfast in the morning.

Disliked: This place is owned by a cranky Italian lady who doesn't speak much English. i called her for direction when I couldn't find the place. She was very rude and hung up on me. And most of the time she left tenants alone in the hostel without anyone in charge. When i arrived the hostel, there was only one tenant in the hostel and I couldn't check in or get my key. At night heating stopped working and I called her. But she refused to fix the problem for us.

Liked: The location is excellent - an easy walk down one of the main streets of Siena to the city centre. It was very clean and the breakfast offered was great.

Disliked: Rudeness from staff member when I called to ask for help with directions to the property. Walls in the hotel sounded like they were made of paper - incredibly noisy and hard to sleep at night. Was awoken early in the morning (around 6am) by staff members talking loudly in the hallway and the whole house smelled of cigarettes in the morning. Even though the location was great, next time I would rather stay somewhere with a better atmosphere and some level of customer service.

Liked: Easy to get to by train station(just remember there's elevatior from the train station to a shopping mall and go up and up than you'll near Porta Carmoilla) or bus terminal. The room is small and clean. The breakfast is rich .

Disliked: Sometimes the neighborhood(not the B&B) will be noisy, but it's quiet at night.

Liked: Muy buena ubicación, aunque fuera del centro amurallado (en dos minutos se llega a una de las puertas y en 10 minutos se llega al centro). Es muy fácil llegar desde la estación de tren. La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda, y aunque el baño es compartido me pareció suficiente para todos los huéspedes (2 para cuatro habitaciones). El personal es muy atento y en general el ambiente se siente muy hogareño. Me pareció curioso encontrar las llaves de la habitación colgadas de la puerta principal porque llegamos tarde en la noche, pero me dió una sensación de confianza muy agradable.

Liked: The room is clean and big. the breakfast is average. The distance from the old city is excellent.

Liked: The rooms are very nice, clean and romantic: there was a beautiful mural on the ceiling. People are friendly and helpful. The room price included a delicious breakfast. The place is very close to the sights. The place itself does not have parking place, but the parking area is close and free.

Liked: The room was spacious and pretty, the price was decently cheap for being a stone's throw from the city walls during the most tourist-heavy week of the year (during il Palio horse race). I have lived in Siena before and the cost for living near the city center is astronomical! Since the rooms themselves are private with their own locks, it feels more like a hotel than a hostel. The breakfast was EXCELLENT (not your typical European cookie/coffee but a full spread of meat, cheese, rolls, and fruit) and the staff was very friendly (it had a very family run sort of feel).

Disliked: Though the rooms are private there is no turndown service, and the bathrooms are not connected to the bedrooms but are shared with a couple people. These were not problems at all, just points of interest for prospective travelers.

Liked: Lovely and clean rooms, good breakfast served every morning, right outside the city walls and very easy to find from the train station also. Kitchen was available for own cooking if wanted in the evenings.

Liked: A nice, clean single room. There was cream cheese at breakfast! Also fruit, bread, cake, and it's included in the price. You pay when you leave. It's an easy 10/15 minute walk TO the station (downhill). Coming from the station, I'd suggest taking the bus unless you're in for a workout.

Disliked: There weren't enough showers. My room was right next to the bathroom and I heard the shower going all night. It's a bit of a bugger finding the right bus (it's downstairs with the lift!).

Liked: Beautilful place! Good location! Parking easy! And there is no words to describe the breakfast!!! :-)

Disliked: Be sure to confirm the time of check in with the lady. If you are late, call the woman so she don't get VERY MAD at you! It not a big negatif point... you just have to know!

Liked: Lovely little hostel in a beatiful historic building. Large clean rooms and very close to the historical centre. Very nice bonus is the excellent breakfest we got in the early (7 AM) morning.

Disliked: Nothing actually, all fine!

Liked: The location was good and it was very clean. Reasonably priced compared to other hostels in Siena. The breakfast was better than most hostels.

Disliked: The hostel would have been wonderful if the staff had been more friendly and helpful. It was very difficult to undrstand the woman working and she was not friendly at all. It was also difficult to connect to wifi. I didn't feel comfortable being in the hostel because of the staff.
