Liked: This is very nice place to stay for the longer time than one night as we did. Everything was perfect. I strongly recommend this property to other travelers!

Liked: Location was excellent. only 20km from sienna and close to so many great places and chanit region. Suite was very clean, almost brand new. Staff (Giuseppe) was very helpful and friendly. good price as well.

Disliked: Maybe little too close to the road, but for me that was no problem.

Liked: Probably the best room I've ever stayed. We were even enjoying rainy days because we could stay in and make use of our own citchen in our private room.

Disliked: Location was a bit far from Sienna train station, but our fault, we decided cycle from Sienna to Oasi Del Grillo.

Disliked: the countryside is not exactly scenery - but, well, it's close to siena and you reach all the lovely spots of chianti by car

Liked: Our stay in Oasi del Grillo was one of the best decisions ever.The apartememnt was spacious and clean,The house had a big parking place and a restaurant next to it.It's location is also really good,you can easily and quickly get to Sienna e.g. Last but not least,tha staff is amazingly helpful and really nice.Thank you Giuseppe!!!!

Liked: In the center of beatiful tuscany. The best choice if you have a car and want to travel e.g. to Siena, Montalcino, Montepulciano. The appartment was nice, big, clean, with equipped kitchen. Giussepe (owner?) was great, very friendly, smiling, nothing was a problem. There is also a very good! restaurant/tratoria/pizzeria next door (part of the property).

Disliked: The appartment was on the ground floor, that was its only disadvantage. I suggest its better to try to book one of the appartments on the first floor. Advertised internet connection was not working during my stay, we were said that its just a current failure.

Liked: It was in a very beautiful area; it was easy to travel to Siene and Firenze.

Disliked: Other than a very scenic walk, there was nothing to really walk to.

Liked: Very friendly and welcoming staff, helped us plan out itinerary around Siena & Chianti (absolutely beautiful countryside!!!). Great accommodation with huge room and kitchenette. Very clean bathroom. We had a great stay!

Disliked: Location might be difficult if you don't have a car. You also need to bring some of your own kitchen utensils if you plan on using it - such as washing detergent, plug for the sink, tea towels... but nothing to really complain about.

Liked: Guiseppe was awesome! so helpful and really went out of his way for us. the restaurant next door had great food and wine which was also priced well.

Disliked: as this is in a serene part of Siena in the countryside you need a car, otherwise the buses go infrequently in and out of town, one in the morning and one at night

Liked: Wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. A true paradise in the middle of Tuscany.

Disliked: Transportation and/or distance from the center of Siena.

Liked: Very close to Siena. The instructions to get there were very clear. The girl from the restaurant who checked us in was great and willingly changed our room when we mentioned the stale smoke smell in the room we were originally given. She also helped us with information on the closet laundry facilities and let us back in when we locked our keys inside. The restaurant next door provided good meals at a discounted price, bookings essential on weekends.

Disliked: The location is on an intersection of a reasonably busy road and traffic noise in the morning can be a problem, especially the trucks. Loud people leaving the restaurant also distrubed us at night. The view from our room was of a littered carpark. The kitchen facilties looked good at first glance but are not really set up for cooking. The pot scrub and dishcloth were very old and dirty looking. No toaster, electric jug and only minimal utensils, the lightest fry pan I've ever seen. Very rarely saw the staff as they arrived after we had left for the day. The noise of people upstairs as they scrapped their chairs on the tile floor kept me awake one night. Had a few difficulties with the hot water heating system, it kept turning itself off. Bathroom badly designed and only one tiny towel rail. As towels are not replaced we had to hang them over the doors to dry ready for the next day. The toilet is a long way from the toilet paper holder - problem for short armed people. No additional paper supplied. The onsite resaurant closes mid week, but there is a lovely place 13 kms up the road. The hotel provides pictures of a well kept backyard with a swimming pool, but this was not evident.

Liked: Great location in the Chianti hills, and a beautifully maintained fully self-contained appartment with air-conditioning. The guy at reception was so friendly and helpful, spoke perfect English, and gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment for our party of 4. The restaurant next door has great food at a very reasonable price. Free guest parking.

Disliked: No wifi, but the guy at reception offered the use of his connectiion.

Liked: The owner was extremely friendly and helpful (one of the nicest people I've ever met!), and the location was perfectly central for exploring the entire Tuscany region. Excellent value as well for a spacious apartment.

Liked: Amazing staff, drove us to a grocery store. Clean and great place to cook. Secure and free bikes. Good price and next door to a restaurant.

Disliked: 20km out of Siena. So not the place to come without a car. Also the bus service is irregular and confusing.

Liked: Beatifully renovated old barn with character .

Disliked: Not much.A bit short on provision in the kitchen area -but I think they are encouraging you to eat in their excellent restaurant next door.

Disliked: It is a little bit hard to find but once you get there you can enjoy it well.
