Liked: The staff are incredibly helpful and printed us train timetables and gave us directions to the supermarket & cheap restaurents. Very well located & lovely outside terrace to eat on.

Disliked: Nothing about the place. The google maps link to find it is very bad as it doesnt have the names of any of the piazza's. Better to get a map in the train station and work from that.

Liked: EVERYTHING!The staff was friendly and helpful.The rooms (both our private room and the common rooms) were really nice and clean.The balcony was the best part. Big bathrooms,wireless internet,nice kitchen, awesome location....=)

Liked: Stayed in one of their flats, which was very spacious and well positioned for exploring Siena. Staff were amazing -v ery friendly and incredibly helpful!

Disliked: There could have been a kettle in the apartment and floors although looked clean felt dirty underfoot.

Disliked: The price is a bit expensive. However it is unlikely to find something significantly cheaper in SIena.

Liked: Great location in the city centre, staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was great and suited all of our needs. One of the best places we stayed in - fantastic value and would stay here again when going back to Siena.

Disliked: Minor point - a lot of stairs to carry your luggage up but due to the building there is nothing that can be done about this. On the positive side it keeps you fit!

Disliked: Nothing. But it would be with more fun if we would arrive Siena when the Palio take place.

Liked: Everything about it - the staff were so helpful, looking out for us and helping us with our bags, making suggestions re: restaurants and calling other places to book additional accommodation. A really pleasant stay in a great location. We only planned to stay for 1 night but couldnt resist a further night. Amazing value for money. We got an apartment for 23 euro each for 4 people - it was new and had 6 beds, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, laundry - we should have stayed for a week! Such a beautiful city and the accommodation made it even better. You can hear the church bells in the morning and one morning we got to hear someone singing opera in their shower.

Disliked: Nothing, it was great.

Liked: This was a great hostel/hotel & we had a wonderful stay. This is not the place to book if you are looking to party & meet people. But if you are looking for a quite and pleasant place to stay this is it. The kitchen was large & great for cooking & the Patio has an amazing view for an amazing evening meal. The hostel is 3 stories up so you do have to deal with stairs, but its worth if for the nice room. My only complaint is that the free laundry is in a bathroom & if someone uses the bathroom well your out of luck to get your laundry for awhile.

Liked: This is an ideal location for discovering our favourite italian city. Cheap, well-equipped and superbly located, Paradiso should be the first consideration for any students looking to visit Siena.

Liked: The reception staff were really helpful in guiding us around the city and helping to sort out train times etc. Superb location right in the centre of all the action but quiet enough for it not be a problem. Excellent facilities and views across the city, better than some more expensive hotels we have stayed at. Will definately stay here again - superb!

Liked: a little pricey for a hostel, but very nice, clean, and helpful staff. good location too. but they advertise as being next to the main bus station...note that there is no central bus station in siena, and while they are near many of the main intercity bus stops....not all of them. we got a little lost looking for it cause our bus stop was on the other side of the city. but once you find your way around, the city is very small and easy to get around.

Liked: We got what we expected and actually a bit more. Good value for money, really friendly staff, very good location (just a bit hard to get there by car but the staff is very helpful when asked for directions and assistance to find a free parking space).

Liked: Very clean and the double room was huge with lots of furniture. There is also free laundry and drying racks in every room. The terrace is gorgeous.

Liked: Not as close to bus stop as they say, but still great location. Left outside door open 24/7, a little nerve-racking even with our room door locked. Helpful but not extremely so when figuring out how to get to train station.

Liked: We have been traveling Europe for 2 months and this is by far the best backpackers/guesthouse we have stayed in... Great kitchen, terrace to enjoy some wines & views, wifi and free washing comes in handy, and the location in town is second to none (right near the main supermarket, bus stop, and a short walk to the sights (in both directions). Wish we could have stayed a couple more days!

Liked: Very conveniently located. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Clean, large rooms. Only complaint would be thin mattresses, but this is pretty standard for this price. We enjoyed this place, and definitely recommend it.

Liked: Everything! Residence Paradiso is the best hostel I've ever been to! Staff is unbelieavably nice. We were immediately invited to have lunch with them when we arrived. The hostel is really clean, cosy, comfortable and just everything you can wish for when traveling around! I would defenitely suggest this hostel to everybody looking for a pleasant stay in Siena!
