Customer reviewThe staff were really friendly, informative and new their stuff about Rome and always ready to help. It has small kitchen facilities, which is always handy, and a tv in the sitting room. They even had 1 or 2 English speaking movies for us which was a treat after being away for so long. The location for those arriving or departing by train is excellent, not located in the most desirable area of Rome, it didn't feel unsafe just a bit rank, altho its not that far away from all the good stuff and really nice areas and v close to the bus terminal. I would stay there again. |

Customer reviewThe location was okay, but not where we expected. When we arrived, we were taken to another building. We also had to leave a kep deposit of 10 euros, which made it a pain during checkout because we had to go to the other building. The bathrooms were not very clean, and people were constantly smoking inside the hostell. We were really only there for sleeping, so it served its purpose for the price. |

Customer reviewLocation is great, they have two buildings - one is the hostel itself, a fifth floor of a building. We stayed at another building where the hostel owns a room, practically independent living, never really dealt with anyone until we checked out. |
