Starting from the 1st of January 2011 Rome City Council will ask for a overnight accommodation tax on tourist service in the city. This fee, 2 euros per night (10 nights maximum) per person (with the exception of children up to 10 years and in Rome residents), will be asked to anyone staying in every overnight accommodation inside Rome's boundaries. The fee, not included in hotel rate, must be paid cash at check in time."

About Hostel Two Ducks
We offer all the facilities you may need to enjoy a pleasant stay in Rome. At your disposal you'll find a warm and fully equipped kitchen to cook quick lunches and eat in good company. The dorms are 4 and 6 bedded (no noise...) with shared bathroom. The place is quite and cosy with warm-sparkling parquet (yes unfortunately, is too hard sleeping on...). If you may need a single sex room, just ASK! We try always to accommodate our guests.
Important Note: Not all private rooms have inside bathrooms unless stated 'en-suite'

Two Ducks Bar is located in Via Modena 17; close the Hostel, in the city centre. The Bar is furnished of TV Sat, where our guests can watch all the most important sporting events, world news, and other different entertainments.
In the evening, the bar is a funny place where to meet friends and enjoy with the nice pizza parties.
The Two Ducks hostel guests have discounts with a card that will be issued upon check-in.
