Liked: For breakfast you became orange juice and milk. Bathroom was newmade and as clean as the room at the check-in. The owner lives in that 4-room-appartement with his family and rents only two rooms. Our room was the smaller one I think. You can use his own PC with internet and WIFI in entrance/floor. Jean-Luca was very friendly and helpful with our questions.

Disliked: The room was very small, there was only one little desk/cupboard and no hooks or place for a chair. In the wardrobe only a few hangers. Our own bathroom was over the floor. Temperatur of water was changing often while we took a shower ( too cold or too hot ) and waterpressure was very low. Breakfast was only dry rusk, croissant ( not fresh ) and biscuit. In the night often it is very loud. You here the traffic and the ambulances. Room and bathroom wasn´t cleaned during the whole week of our stay.

Liked: It's not a hostel, but a nice guy that "rents" his rooms. It's quite nice if you travel in 2 people, because you can stay alone in the bedroom, with a TV and a separate shower. I recommend it.

Disliked: No dislikes.

Liked: Beautiful private room, Jonluca was a great host and gave us some good advise for making the most of our 2 days in Rome. The room was super comfortable and had private bathroom. Coffee in the morning was a nice touch. All and all it was a pleasant experience.

Disliked: A little tricky to find no sigh just a name bar on a apartment buzzer. Also this isnt such a negative just a heads up, this is a B&B style accomidation in some ones house, there are two suites and very little common area. The rooms are large and have little tables and a TV you can use the kitchen if you ask, but the house does have a full family in it. This is not an issue more just surprised us a bit.

Liked: We particularly liked the friendliness of the owner and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Our overall impression of this hostel was very good and we would for sure go there again.

Liked: Extremely clean, Nice modern bathroom and reasonably sized bed. The owner was very friendly, and even though he didn't know too much english, he made it very easy for us to find our way around Rome and have a good time. Would definitely recommend this property.

Disliked: Had everything expected of a bed and breakfast.

Liked: Close to Vatican. Nice, big room with bathroom... Nice little breakfast with coffe juice croissant milk... Simple B&B good value for money.

Liked: The location was great and it was cheap

Disliked: We didn't expect the place to be an apartement of a family. The breakfast was poor, we didn't have butter, no fresh bread, little coffee and apart from marmelade nothing else. The bathroom was in the hallway and it wasn't convenient to cross the apartement of the family for it.

Liked: Our host was brilliantly helpful and enthusiastic. The room itself was very clean, along with the bathroom. Location wise, the hostel was a minimal walk from two Metro stations. The price was also fantastically cheap compared to other places i looked at. If you want advice on where to go, or how to get there, Luca will sit you down and explain it for you. Top notch customer service!

Disliked: The room was uncomfortably hot at night; the air conditioning unit didn't seem to be working. In addition, breakfast wasn't terribly good. However, i would fully recommend this hostel despite these minor faults.

Liked: Our stay at Vatican City Inn was by far the best price-performance ratio I have every experienced! The location is perfect, there is a supermarket right next to the hostel, so is a nice affordable restaurant and - of course - the vatican! The bathroom looks super fancy, there is a fast computer with free internet (looking up your track for the day before you go out of the door), a compartment in the fridge, free city maps that beat the one I bouhgt at the station by a longshot, and many many tips by the owner. For this price you usually get nothing but a crapy room in some crappy youth hostel! I can truely say that staying at Vatican City Inn was what turned my Rome vacation from great to awesome!

Liked: Gianluca was more than helpful. The room had a great bed, it was extremely clean and lovely balcony. It was really very cosy. Coffee at breakfast was good too; nice and strong.

Liked: The friendliness of Gianluca, the owner; the fact that is not a touristic area; the room being amazing and also the bathroom; that we could use internet whenever and for free.

Disliked: I thought, like it says on the description, that we could walk 10 minutes to the Vatican and it's not true. We walk 10 minutes only to the metro station and then we can get in a short time to the Vatican. The breakfast could also be a bit better, we more variety and quality.

Liked: Luca is awesome! good location and nice apartment.

Disliked: Over an hour walk from Termini for those who do not like walking. Notice that Roma's Linea A Metro closes at 9:00 pm. Breakfast could be better
